    What exactly do you mean with "the game loading screen cannot connect to ubi servers"? I can connect to UPlay ingame. I can even acess the UPlay rewards such as the Blades of Toledo. The only thing not accessible for me is the Season Pass content.

    How did you buy it? I have bought it 1 week ago directly from Ubisoft store. It appeared immediately in my lybrary but I realised this is the only Uplay game which didn't have the product key available in the list of games.

    I have opened a ticket for not being able to connect and the Ubisoft guy removed the game from my library and gave me an activation key.

    The problem is that now I am once more downloading 30gb of game.

    I bought it from the shop in the Uplay Launcher and I didn't get an activation key either. All I got was the Email that the transaction was successful. And yes for me it appeared under the DLC section of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag as I described earlier.

    Here's a quick update for you guys. After two weeks the Support finally answered my ticket. They gave me a key wich I needed to activate. This worked for me. So turns out all you need is patience.... A whole lot of it. Hope this helps.

    Thanks for the update, but jeez 2 weeks to reply is unacceptable, things like this doesn't help the cause to stop shady key sellers now does it

    It is. And all I got was to read this: "bitte entschuldigen Sie die lange Wartezeit.". It's German and it means as much as: "Sorry you had to wait so long." After two weeks of waiting I dared to hope for a little more than that.

    Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag Season Pass

    Hello
    A few days ago I had a problem with Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag Season Pass. When I bought it it included the Freedom Cry DLC but I can't find it and launch it. In the game's Main Menu, if I click where it should be, it opens my internet browser directly and sends me to the u-store site to buy it. Also in a certain fort there is a bug that does not complete the area and make it turn golden.
