How did you buy it? I have bought it 1 week ago directly from Ubisoft store. It appeared immediately in my lybrary but I realised this is the only Uplay game which didn't have the product key available in the list of games.
I have opened a ticket for not being able to connect and the Ubisoft guy removed the game from my library and gave me an activation key.
The problem is that now I am once more downloading 30gb of game.

A few days ago I had a problem with Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag Season Pass. When I bought it it included the Freedom Cry DLC but I can't find it and launch it. In the game's Main Menu, if I click where it should be, it opens my internet browser directly and sends me to the u-store site to buy it. Also in a certain fort there is a bug that does not complete the area and make it turn golden.
