    It seems like we will not hear any concrete solutions from their support. This problem is almost a year now. If not for andy's save file we would not be able to access what we paid for.

    Unless the Ubisoft Connect's cloud synchronization is not fixed for AC4, the new players would activate their DLCs manually, which is a hassle especially those who doesn't know techy stuff on their PCs.

    Same here, contacted support and their reply was just like RaxOmG said, got mailed a link to a DEAD thread and was told to be patient as they are currently """"working""""" on fixing the problem. I will patiently wait for them to fix this ( in the next 10 years maybe). In the mean time i Opted for a refund while i wait.

    The only way i succeeded in unlocking was to insert my savegame in the Encryption ID field and not the name of the folder just like how user @jmmontoro pointed out few pages back. I followed the steps of mr_law_9019, but it didn't work with the name of the folder in the Decryption ID field. However, i would like to thank to Mr. @andynaruto10 for providing a solution and Mr. @mr_law_9019 for providing all the steps. Thank you for succeeding where Ubisoft miserably fails and still continues to fail.

    Thank you for all the help @andynaruto10 and @mr_law_9019, tried you solutions unfortunately it didn't work for me.
    But at least you guys came up with a solution, unlike the poor support from Ubisoft team, I think at this stage they should just refund those players that cant get this to work regardless of their return policy after all they sold us a deflective product.

    It technically should not be sold or have a big warning that it isn't working till further notice.

    Hopefully we will see a solution from Ubisoft support soon after all this thread has been running for 5 years.......
