    Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag Season Pass Problem

    So here is my problem:
    I've bought the Skull Edition a long time ago. I reinstalled the game from the disc recently, patched the game via UPlay and then decided to buy the Season Pass to get some extra content via the Uplay Shop. I checked my E-Mail to see if I did get the confirmation that the purchase went well. I did. So I went over to UPlay to see if the DLCs show up in my UPlay-Account. They do (Games -> Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag -> DLC). So I started the game and some messages popped up that said I unlocked certain islands etc. I started up singeplayer and checked my ship customization options. Some things were missing. Like the kraken pack for example. So I went back to the main menu to see if i could start up Freedom Cry. From what I've gathered, it is supposed to be accesable via the top right panel in the main menu. It isn't for me. So here is what I did:

    > Restarted the game
    > Relogged into UPlay
    > Connected to multiplayer
    > Waited for one day

    Nothing worked for me. What did I do wrong?

    Don't you have to get to memory sequence 3 or something before you can access the content??

    I've just finished the first mission of sequence 5, but there is still no sign of the bonus content. No extra ship costumization options and no Freedom Cry.

    OMG im so happy im not the only one. I just bought the season pass because it was 5 euro and never finished the game. Uplay says i have bought everything but in-game it wont unlock. No freedom cry or customization for the ship. I redownloaded the game but with no luck.

    For me, this problem is not yet fixed. I sent a ticket to the german support (since this is were i live), but I havent recived an answer yet. Understandable, considering the fact that I opened the ticket on friday and they wouldn't answer me over the weekend. I expect a message the next few days. Once I get an answer I will let you guys know.

    Man the Support sure takes its time. It's been almost a week now and I didn't hear anything from them. I just added a comment to the ticket just to remind those guys that this problem isn't going to solve itself.

    Any clue to get the DLC content ingame if the game loading screen cannot connect to ubi servers? I have already played this game on PS4 and now I bought it again for PC just to play the Freedom cry content in the season pass. The game cannot connect to ubi servers!!! on Uplay I can clearly see that I own the season pass.
