I just beat Butch on the grindhouse. What am I supposed to do? I saw YouTube videos of people who had beat Butch and had received missions from him, I haven't received any missions from him and I don't know what I am supposed to do next.

Get in the top 1000 in all tracks. Then top 500, then top 100. Don't forget to do donkey tracks too!

Adding game content to the story mode instead of timed events would be much better, especially when you have a life!
I stopped playing for 4 months (had a good paying contract - but too much work) and missed KTM an Xmas events. So i can't go up in the ladder anymore...
