    Ubisoft, when will this crap end?

    Since the 15th of March I've been locked out of this game via the backpack glitch. I downloaded the patch on the 12th like everyone else but it made things worse for me. My character wasn't even on the screen and above all else, I couldn't select anything to even enter the game. I've been on a rampage with online support trying to get this matter looked into but all they ever did was close out tickets quicker than I could open them. I would always get the same response, "we'll escalate it". I've heard escalate so many times I thought it was the name of the agents who I spoke with via online chat. I've updated ticket after ticket only to get them closed. The over sized features on the screen recently turned to this ....

    I've been online with chat and trying my hardest to get to the bottom of this but no end in sight as to when my issue would be resolved. TODAY, I got yet another email saying they're closing my ticket yet again although I responded daily that my issue was not resolved. They even said "respond to the original case number" which is hard to do because they closed it.


    WHEN will this garbage end?

    I spent 100 dollars and I've missed hours of gaming and two updates. No one on the side of Ubisoft seems to care and it's hard to see a light at the end of the tunnel with the same nonsense being done over and over. The link shows it all. I'm not making this up and I would appreciate some .....you know...customer service?


    Can someone in Ubisoft please resolve this?

    Frankly, how would that even begin to make a difference?

    Its a console... He likely cannot even change the resolutions while the game is running so he cannot out scan his TV so to speak. This has nothing at all to do with his issue.

    What I'm curious about is has he tried a different account on that system... If he has and it works its account based no doubt about it.

    (I would also be curious as to what happens when he logs into a different Xbox with this account. Does he get the same black screen or does it log in normally? Would his characters be there? I assume they are stored server side. If they are he might need to delete local data on the affected xbox. If it doesn't work... Again its no doubt account based.)

    have you tried deleting the game and re-installing it ? might be a bad patch / files missing, try deleting the game and reinstalling it..
