2. SHUT OFF THE AMD GAMEING EVOLVED IN GAME OVERLAY AND ANY OTHER IN GAME OVERLAY'S YOU HAVE RUNNING
(Known issue with the AMD drivers )
2.(a) this also includes the Steam in game overlay and the Uplay in game overlay ..see the settings for your client (s)
3 . make sure you are not running the AMD 15.11 beta driver ..they will not work with this game
4 . Launch both Steam and Uplay as run as Administrator
5.. Get and USE DDU in windows 7 safe mode ..... to clear out any old video drivers and do a full clean install of your drivers for your video card ..and check for updated drivers from AMD
6. if all else fails contact AMD support and Ubisoft Support

I have 15.11 beta driver, how to change it?
with AMD GPU's there was a problem with the AMD beta 15.11 driver that caused the game to crash on launch
see this thread
http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...crashes-FC3-4?
to fix it roll back to the 15.10 beta driver or use the 15.7 or 15.12 WHQL drivers
you can get both from this link
http://www.guru3d.com/files-categori...sta-win-7.html
make sure you use DDU when uninstalling your current drivers in safe mode for best results
http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/...-download.html
*update AMD has released newer drivers but they still have issues , under Known issues
in the new 16.2 beta Driver*
[82387] A few game titles may fail to launch or crash if the Gaming Evolved overlay is enabled. A temporary workaround is to disable the AMD Gaming Evolved "In Game Overlay"
but with your R 9 300 series card YOU SHOULD use the latest AMD driver 16.5.3 not the 15.11 beta drivers
they can be found on the AMD website... http://support.amd.com/en-us/downloa...Windows+7+-+64
or here http://www.guru3d.com/files-categori...sta-win-7.html
make sure you USE DDU in windows safe mode to remove your older Drivers for best results
i had an Issue with FarCry Primal also with older AMD drivers .. once i cleaned out the old drivers with DDU and updated my Drivers my system with my AMD card in it worked perfectly
its an excellent program to use to clean up all your old driver files ... so you get a fresh Clean install of your Drivers (works on my Nvidia GPU's as well)
