Hello All.

I am just starting out in Cliffs of Dover but have no idea how to map the throttle to my Logitech extreme 3D pro. I presume I go to throttle but there are no's 1.-10. I deleted all the numbers then moved the throttle slider from stop to full but nothing came up to say it is mapped. Obviously I'm in either the wrong place or am doing something wrong.

I would be very grateful for any help.

QUESTION 2: There are just so many commands does anyone know where I can print them out or how.
