What's your minimum GS requirement for Clear Sky ?

I'm sitting at 195 GS with 530k Toughness and i can easy go in that incursion better than most 225 GS full of crap and dps ... but i can't find a group ... or i get kicked as i join in, or they leave while they group up .... why are those 5 points so important ? 195 = 200 = 205 ... actually 191 = 214 in this game or even better depending on rolls on gear ...

you guys really have to think about how important you consider that stupid number ...

It means nothing. If in the first section it appears you have no idea what you are doing or are going to make things needlessly more difficult, I'll leave the group and find a different one. The mission isn't hard. It just takes common sense and the slightest bit of team work. If you can't provide that then I will move on.

I don't care just as long as they battle in the alley so we can see of they can shoot and stay alive. If 1 or 2 guys on the team clear the first part for the group, as soon as you get to the next stage it won't work.

530k toughness? damn skippy...can you lend some of that to the many many players who have a lot of heart but lack the skill to complete Clear skies?

I judge a CS group based on a few things.

1 - Mic (are they using one)
2 - Skill loadout for each (while it was certainly different to run w/2 players running Ammo box and Seeker Mine, we ultimately failed to clear the skies)
3 - GS (w/in reason, if it's in the 180's or lower I ask them if they know what to do)
4 - DZ rank (if it's high, it usually means they've been around the block and/or have better mods)
5 - Guns. (high GS, AUGs and M1A's usually mean they have all of the above...it most often also means they're usually in it to win it and won't stay in the group longer than 2 wipes)

haha, this too...I don't normally leave a group mid session but after seeing 2 out players constantly hugging pavement in the first encounter of CS...even before getting the C4, I said good luck and dropped out cause I knew it wasn't going to happen.

I wouldn't give 2 thoughts about being kicked. The dudes I've seen making a big deal about kicking are usually the ones needing to be carried. Gear score is nothing anymore. If you get in a group for clear sky get out there and kill some dudes in the alley, run the bomb, etc. If you sit in the back blind firing over a car, you're not helping. So, if you wipe it's because you all f'ed up. Try it again. If you wipe and one guy is in the back away from the action with full health leave the mission.

If you're on PS4, I'll run it with ya. I've beaten it multiple times, and it can be easier than FL...especially with a tank, which you are, lol.

    No requirement for gear score.

    Need:
    1. A mic (most important)
    2. Be able to fill a role and willing to switch skills as needed. (if you want to run pulse or smart cover we will ask you to change as our dedicated tactician will be running those skills as they are at cap and their gear is tuned for those skills.)
    3. 200K toughness (250k is really more appropriate but we still have a role for you even if your super squishy)
    4. Be able to follow instructions and be a team player.

Really my only absolute must is you need a mic. if things go bad we need to be able to communicate, so really I guess a mic and the ability to understand English to some degree.

I don't know as I've ever kicked a person in The Division, ever. Would only even consider for chronic AFKers.

People have already soloed CS. If the other 2-3 people know what's up, some random ******* with barely queueable GS isn't going to ruin things.
