I wonder why Amazon preorder does not have the Peruvian Connection listed? Does that mean the extra mission is not available with a preorder from Amazon?

Will we be sent a code at some point or how will we be contacted about the preorder bonus?

That likely isn't ironed out yet, and may vary from retailer to retailer. I know that there was some differences on how retailers handled pre-order bonuses for both Rainbow Six Siege and The Division... So I'd say wait until we're closer to release (a month or so before), then ask this question to your retailer of choice. They should know by then.
