And also... therein lies the problem. UBI rather blame mediocrity on Pirating.
Kinda like what I think but on the reverse... why would I want to pay full retail for a broken game that only gives me a couple of hours of Campaign Play and then have to shell out even more money to buy their DLC that should have been included in the initial game to begin with. Since I have a life outside the game realm, I can easily wait for the bin bargain prices, rent or wait for the friend with more money than brains to hand it down to me later.
It does have some pluses though. For example I like the ability to earn Units and spend them on rewards. Steam doesn't have that.Originally Posted by Cortexian Go to original post
Value is in the eye of the beholder. For someone like me that doesn't plan to play any form of PVP for an extended period of time, the cooperative multiplayer game that Ubisoft has demonstrated is EXTREMELY appealing to me. I would gladly pay the $60 USD for just what Ubisoft have shown (assuming that what has been confirmed all makes it into the final game, huge map, good reactive/systemic AI, graphics quality, etc).Originally Posted by snoopyau Go to original post
It's not up to you to tell other people how much money something is worth. They can make up their decision on their own.![]()
The rewards are almost always ****. The only significantly good ones I remember were the Rooftops map for Future Soldier, and the customization pack with Splinter Cell Blacklist.Originally Posted by Deputy_Grant Go to original post
