JD website account vs uplay account
Hi there
I hope you can help me with this one. I have contacted Ubisoft support page but it's been two weeks and they have not responded.
When I login into the Just Dance Website is says that there is no data available and that the profile does not exist. But, if I login to Uplay/ubisoft website it displays my information correctly. and if I go to my xbox one and check it also shows me my progress.
Any idea what is happening there? how can I fix it
