1. What is the issue you're experiencing?
When equipped with 4 pieces of the Lone Star Gear Set and under the area of effect of an Ammo Supply First Aid Station, you do not replenish ammo to your clip when any weapon is holstered and it automatically reloads all ammo, but instead your weapon reload is taken from your ammo pool. It effectively denies the use of the ammo station's namesake purpose.

2. What were you doing when this issue occurred?
Noticed in the middle of an incursion, and realized it happens anywhere and everywhere in the game. It is not related to a mission or instance.

3. Are you able to recreate the issue?
Yes, just by launching the game, firing a shot, then holstering the weapon.

4. What you done in an attempt to correct this issue? (restart your console? open ports?)
Change weapons, change builds, re-equip items and talents.
