Hi! I just bought (physically) Just Dance 2016 Gold Edition with the 3 months subscription. Yesterday I entered the code and it worked perfectly, but today I am not being able to see the unlimited songs. Doea anyone know what might be happening? (When I check the subscription it says I have 91 days left, so it still connected)

I'm Chi, i had a problem after bought the addon for Unlimited Account of Just Dance 2016. Before bought, i can see the unlimited song list but after i bought the unlimited account, all unlimited song disappear Smiley Sad ??? Althought, my account is unlimited now, but there's no unlimited song!!!
Please help me to solve this problem, it's my present to my little daughter Smiley Sad

Hi, I'm experiencing the same problem, but on PS4.
I've just subscribed to Just Dance Unlimited 2017, but the songs just don't show up on my game.
And everytime I try to send the Ubisoft Support an e-mail, I get an error message.
How can I fix this????
