    I want a refund on my season pass - DZ 201 group broken

    Hi, I am (without cheating) exactly GS200, but keep getting put into the 201 bracket.

    I am not even PVP'ing but in the space of half an hour have lost a week of levelling work!

    I have waited until 1.2 to see if you guys can fix the shambles of a game. You cant, I respectfully ask that you refund my card for the season pass. Failing this, I will claim the money back via my bank to be honest, you have repeatedly failed to lice up to your promises with this completely broken game.

    haha The problems in the game arent so bad that they justify refunds. The game would have to be completely or nearly unplayable (literally not as in I get killed too much so its unplayable) or like not at all what was advertised

    Bank

    I have spoken to my bank who have said they have had a number of complaints and are awaiting a responsible response from Ubi. Off the back of this response, I have been assured that they will refund all complainants for the purchase price of the season pass and reclaim it from Ubisoft.

    You know how i know you're full of crap? Banks arent going to contact video game developers on your behalf to get you a refund because you dont like dying in said game.

    Bank--Yes hello Ubisoft we are calling you because one of our members says your game is broken and is asking for a refund

    Ubi--Sir the game is completely playable. We are not refunding any money

    They are giving refunds!

    The refund is giving out free content that was suppose to go to season pass customers. I think its a shame concerning all of it. They seem more worried about people putting a shield thru a wall than have proper group making mechanics.
    The lag is dumb. I am at the main base and still hearing 10xs that a party member has left the group after a mission.
    This is by far the most glitchiest game that I have ever bought. I would fire the entire testing division that did not identify the whole group of issues with this game.
    For the love of God go BUY a better server before you make new content.
    When you sign up for a incursion and someone leaves... allow someone to join where you are at... not at the start so they cant join due to being in a none re-spawn zone you lazy POS's!
    I spend more time zoning in and out and trying to save a group that may have lost connection.
    I give this game about another month and people will start seeing that they had a great idea but very little execution to keep it going long term.
    I could like 5 other issues that should come before all the whiners concerning cheating that should have been addressed before the game even came out but tired of typing.

    Yet another post that completely misses the point. Beyond the atrocious spelling, Trickster makes a good point. If he is not 201+, and the game is placing him in the 201+ bracket, then clearly there is a problem. Shaming him and telling him to git gud proves that you are just another shill for a lackluster development team who, even after the 1.2 update, is flooded with problems. Just look at the Known Issues section of this forum and see just how many there are since the new update was released.

    Even if you had valid reasons to demand a refund they would never give it to you. I think that is why some people went to Microsoft and Sony to get their refunds rather then waste time on Ubi. They know they screwed up and are just thankful it wasn't so bad as to meeting any legal criteria to justify refunds.
