While specifics are still unknown, the Wildlands website has confirmed you can give your AI teammates orders. Here's to hoping we can utilize both a tactical map for long distance directional commands and an in-game control system for in-view directional commands as well as tactical commands.

Also, if you look at the website you can see that in some pictures the features of the 4 ghosts are either customizable (several have beards and are wearing hats as opposed to only the one red shirt guy) or are different ghosts entirely. I'm liking the possibilities.
