A lot of the time when I watch the ads for free golden tickets, I get a message that says "A network error has occurred" after the ad finishes. Anyone else dealing with this? I also occasionally watch ads and get no reward or message. Sometimes I watch one ad and receive the reward, and then the other ads disappear and won't reappear unless I exit and re-enter the TV. I also often see ads available and when I press them, they just won't play at all. It's pretty frustrating and I just wanted to see if a lot of people are running into these issues. I do play on an older device (iPad 2), so maybe that is a contributing factor.

I haven't had the network error since the puppy update. I do seem to get the one where you push the ad button, you see it blip, but the ad never plays.

I seem to get 2 types of ads, a simple 15-30 second app ad and a long "people who make stuff ad" that can be skipped after 60 seconds. The long ads always start shortly after midnight on the east coast of the US. Those long ads seem to be limited in their use, they won't work for bike upgrades but they do work for extra spins on the prize wheel after completing a track.

It seems to me that these long ads need to be worked through before you get the short ads back. It's been very consistent in when the long ads start though, just after midnight on the east coast of the US.

I love them. I can do a 150 hour upgrade on a bike and finish it over the course of a NHL game by tapping the ad button while my phone is muted. Hockey game ends and I've got an upgraded bike to play with.

I´d say maybe 1 out 10 adds don´t give me the reward (ticket or gem, i don´t bother with the coin one). I´ve never seen a 60 second add! It´s always 30 or 15s. And i´ve never gotten more than maybe 4 or 5 adds in a row to reduce upgrade time. After that they disappear for a while.

Exactly everything what experience!

I've noticed this difference:
After watching add from shop specials - if ad was for gems/coins, when returning back to shop after closing ad - background offers are displayed ok (e.g. track pack 400 gems). But if returning back from ticket ad - no offers are displayed at once. I see no connection and it's icon on each offer first. then after some seconds i get ticket reward, but sometimes i get notification that about network error and no reward.

Lucky you! I used to get 1-2 ads/day max for bike upgrade.

And I get ads for respin only on tier 1 tracka, never for II or III tier tracks.

Yeah, I mean, where to start? I get all those issues and more. The network error thing happens so much, I may get one golden ticket every 20 ads if it's a good night. The real winner of the frustration stakes are certain ads that basically crash the game after finishing, in the sense that I get no reward, but can also not close the free coins/gems/tickets window nor start any more ads. Only exiting the game with the tablet's back button and restarting gets things working again. Before the puppy update this was happening every 3 or 4 ads, now it's slightly better, maybe every ten ads.

While I'm on the subject, what's with the ads after playing a track in the bunker? I mean, really? For last minuters, that can really throw a spanner in the works.

I know they're a necessary evil, but ads suck so much, please don't make them any more irritating than they already are. At the moment, it feels like the 'trials' in 'Trials Frontier' is dealing with the bugged out ad situation

That is the worst. I try not to intentionally wait until the last few minutes to race as a rule, but I've been screwed over a couple of times by ads popping up when time is of the essence.

I don't spend money on tickets, so I use it to get 3 free tickets a day. If they hadn't cut down on how many tickets we were allowed to be gifted, I probably wouldn't bother either.

I haven't spent money on this game either, all my tickets are earned through gifting/slot machine and I savor them
