Love how the ubitool over there has no understanding of bad game design and bends over backwards to have it rammed up there so they can feel special. Numbers speak louder than tools and the bled out player base isnt coming back. Tum Cluny's The Derision is being written into history as a disaster, and somebody's head will roll for it. Place your bets now for which suit it'll be. You'll see in two months.

In my opinion it could be a great game, but it isnt. Cheater and this ****ing bugs are freaking me out, especially the Double-UI **** and matchmaking fails. With Update 1.2 i dropped my first ****ing 240 Item, it was an awesome rolled set-chest, but double-UI bug appeared after destroing some stuff. Then i choose a purple chest to destroy it but my set-item has been destroyed. I opened a ticket to let them know that i want to get it back but 2 days later no response. I will wait till they answer or ticket get closed unresponded, if they dont want to help i need to uninstall this game. And for sure, mobs in 201+ DZ are way too hard you simlpy get 1-shot-raped still with 300k+ toughness and round about 300k sps, pvp starts to get ****ty 2 of 3 players feel like bulletsponges pvp-fights arent the same as before, sometimes you fight 5 min with just one guy, its stupid...with increased armor its necessary to let increase players their dmg in same way otherwise you will only change pvp balance and you will see, its no more fun. And what they should change..."t" defense ablity is way too OP, all fcking players use it, pvp fights be decided by amount of defense-ultimate you and your enemy team have, not of players skill, maybe you could implement that maximum 2 same ultimates can be used in one group this would make pvp-fights more varied. For the lone-wolves maybe they could change DZ matchmaking, 1vs1 DZ, 2vs2 DZ,......what means if someone joins your group you get transfered to 2vs2 DZ, joins another one you will be transfered to 3vs3....
But i think it will spend years with ubisoft till they changd just 1 negative thing, if they arent possible to answer tickets within 48 hours.

Ubisoft still dose not really care that this game has issues, or they may not even realize it on a corporate level, because they already have our money. They will only notice somethings wrong when the next game they release (Wildlands, & For Honor) don't sell. Even then they will probably think that there was no interest in those games, but in reality it will be the fallout from "The Disaster".
also the fact that the doors on "Lexington Event Center" still glitch (Day one), Character movement loops with (F) Key (Day one), and the heal, and smart cover launcher getting stuck in your hand (Day One) are still in the game, and they jump on the bug that gives people 1 piece of gear when they lose an HVT. speaks volumes to Ubi****s priorities. This game was doomed since Ubi**** started development. The best thing you can do to get your point across to these incompetent ****s, would be to not buy their games anymore. let Vivindi take them over maybe things will change, or at least some of the talent might move to other developers that actually fix their ****.

    very much disagree

This game is heading in the correct direction. I only PVE and i feel the v1.2 patch corrected a lot of parts of the game to take away the dullness. The HVT and the loot drops really are making the game satisfying. If they had not made those changes I would certainly agree with you. I dont ever feel the need to go to the Dark zone there is no reason to go there and it makes me happy. Thank You Dev team for listening to the community Im quite enjoying the new patch. Cheaters no longer bother me cuz if they are cheating I dont even notice. the times i see cheaters they are helping me cuz i only play coop.

I have had many good drops just from doing the HVT missions, many 214 gear set pcs, high end weapons.

This reminds me of Destiny about 6-8 months after it came out and so many people complained and now they go on how good Destiny is compared to the Division, people forget Destiny has had a 1.5 years head start!

I have been playing this game since day 1 and have yet to see a cheater, maybe I have just been lucky.

Maybe you'll like the June DLC, hang in there...
This is right on the money with the current state we had the issue with people in the incursion 240 gear score items due to the weekly boss farm exploit and others with the reckless issues and other exploits who farm the rest and now that people have a chance to catch up, people complain about the game being hard again not just god mode for people with high enough dps to one shot mobs and players anymore i am sorry you do not understand this was never a fps shooter like COD or other games of that nature, it is a Coop Multiplayer "RPG" shooter ideally but it is something where you can micromanage your characters stats and such, but RPG that is still a stretch in my own opinion but that is how they labelled the game.

But i have seen my fair share of cheaters and teleporters that is one of the differences to your post that i can say i have, and i never played Destiny It is not on a Playstation that i play my FPS / Shooter games but rather on pc.

HVT did help pve, but the bugs are making the game almost unplayable. Over 2 1/2 months in this game is an absolute mess.

Having played Destiny from day one up to and including downing the taken king, and having played The Division from closed beta until now it is my opinion that Division is the better game right now.

My main reason for saying this is that once the Taken King was downed (end-game content) there was really nothing left to do but pvp. Now the same can be said for The Division, the difference is that pvp in the Division is totally different from traditional MMO pvp as found in games like WoW and Destiny.

Now I hate pvp. I feel that even if you are maxed out in all categories, the player that is going to come out on top is the player that has the best internet connection. Latency (lag) is the deciding factor here and in pvp a 40ms latency vs a 200ms latency is a massive difference and the person with the 40ms latency has the advantage. This is fact. So even if you aren't, you are actually technically slower than the other person. There is nothing that the devs can do about this. Now I started this paragraph saying I hate pvp, however the Division pvp has grown on me like a slow moving moss or lichen.

What most haters of the game don't realise is that as an MMORPG, grinding is the nature of the game especially in a game where gear is totally random and you are not guaranteed a specific set of stat values. If you don't understand this then yes, you have wasted your money because this type of game is all about that elusive piece of gear that you can't craft for because materials are limited so you have to grind for. So yes, you are doing the same kak over and over again but if you are complaining about this fact then you never played WoW. Faction grinds anyone? Achievement grinds even.

Now back to my original point. When Destiny came out it was awesome. I played it to max level and then sadly lost interest because the only way to get better gear was to do the raids and sadly the console world is different from the pc world when it comes to things like guilds and grouping up. Like any MMORPG, successfully completing end-game content means that you need a group of people that play together all the time and synergise their gear correctly. You don't really get that in the console world, not like in the pc world anyway. So I stopped playing Destiny even though I had the season pass until the Taken king update came out, or maybe it was before that. Either way the changes that the devs made to the game were excellent and I went back to the game and played and got together with some people and eventually completed the end-game content. And then Destiny died for me again. Why? and how can I say that after my comments about grinding? Well if there is nothing worth grinding for then you are not going to grind. In WoW, I would spend days and hours grinding and theory-crafting so that I could get my faction rep up to get achievements and vanity items to add to my pet stable or that really cool looking mount. Destiny didn't have that. The best gear you could get from vanguard rep at that stage was 180 light, way below what was dropping and what was necessary for raiding. So then, yes, there really is no point. The only thing you could do was pvp and Destiny's pvp really is all about the person that has the best internet connection because if I can shoot you first you be dead.

Now The Division, in its current 1.2 format, has got a lot of diversity. Lets be honest, if a game was easy then it wouldn't be worth while. So lets address the big fat over-overpowered shotgunner in the room. The point of this game is that it is cover-based and a tactical shooter wrapped up in an MMORPG. The lvl34 bullet sponges in the DZ force you to play tactically. This is not Doom where you run up to something and stab it to death with it's own tooth. No. You have to think about your talents and your skills and you build in order to play effectively. If you are hating on the Division because mobs are too difficult to kill then you have no clue. Moving on too players. If you are hating on the game because there are players that can take a beating then again you have no clue. Why would you expect to walk up to someone and take them down when they have put in the time and effort to minmax their gear so that they have a 401k (pun intended) toughness? Expecting that just shows your total lack of understand game mechanics and your unwillingness to theory-craft. Lets look at other MMORPGs. Going back to WoW, which I played from vanilla, in pvp it is all about been able to survive. In WoW you had separate pvp gear (which is something I advocate for) which had a stat on it called resilience. Resilience meant nothing in pve but in pvp it was a measure of how much of a beating you could take. You have to face it that after internet connection, the most important facet of pvp is been able to last the longest in a fire-fight and to tactically take down your target and to do that you must be able to take a hit. Ok this excludes the 4 on 1 ganks that happen in the DZ but that is life. if you have SL and good toughness you can get away from a 4 man rouge group and run up to DZ05 and grind there.

I play on the PS4. Yes there are some glitches. Yes there are some bugs. Once again haters will be haters and at the end of the day have no clue. I have been a programmer for 20+ years. I wrote my first game when I was 9 in basic on a VIC20 commodore (yes I am that old, woe is me). You can ***** and moan about bugs and glitches but they are a fact of life. With limited resources you can never ever ever debug and account for all variables and situations in an application. It is impossible. So have a coke and a smile and shut the fck up about the glitches and bugs. Cheaters? They are in every game. Unless you get a list and hunt them down thats just life. Personally I watched some of the vids of people making use of the glitches for instance the swapping knee-pads to get headshot credits to make money to the swapping weapons and then using a skill to increase your damage. Hey if you have hours to spend switching between gear or weapons to use a glitch well good on you. I don't have the patience for that.

Finally. Another poster mentioned playing WoW from scratch as well. When WoW came out it was not perfect and over the years Blizz has made changes to make it better. So far that is what has happened in the Division as well. There are some things that are sorely lacking (which I will detail in a suggestion/feedback post) but to say that the Division is nearing its end is an infantile comment at best most probably because you are trolling. This game has just begun and if the devs listen to the community, which seems to be the case, then they can realise the Division's full potential.

    My opinion anyway.

Mobs are now uber players. Shotguns are sniper rifles...STILL after 1.2.
Speaking of snipers: Yep, they can still one shot anyone even after the nerf and better armor
Incursions now bug-out and send out multiple waves at once (see Reddit for video)
I'm not worried about players in the DZ anymore...just the mobs.
There's no real storyline after the last boss.

And finally....posts on other game forums now point to the Division as the example of what not to do. See Battlefront forums for irony.
The DZ is not the whole game anymore, and Massive is making the same mistakes with the incursion that Bungie made with Destiny. Patch 1.1's crafting nerf without fixing loot system was the only Massive-specific ****up.
