    So Matt

Are you passing on our disgruntledness of the gearing up system?
Do you see the flaw in it yourself?
How do you feel about this matter?

Actually, both myself and Natchai have been diligently noting and relaying community feedback from many different avenues and relaying it to the team.

I unfortunately do not have anything very concrete that I can share at this time, but I can say that the way gear is handled in game is something that the team continuously tracks and keeps an eye on.

Personally, I do see that we can improve on some things and certainly hear the feedback from the community on this, loud and clear.

Hang in there, agent. A game like The Division is constantly evolving and your feedback is a massive part of that process.

I am pleased to hear that Matt. It's reassuring knowing we are being listened to. Implementing our suggestions would be fantastic.

Can I just add something Mezz suggested regarding the DZ and additional damage being taken during PVP combat. Well, it's not additional damage as such. Basically when players go head to head with each other how about reducing some of that weapons damage mitigation whilst out of cover. Like, this is a cover base shooter and there is nothing to keep us in cover whilst battling it out with fellow agents. It is basically a battle of the builds. But it's not even that. I don't know what it is other than a roll fest and who's got the most perfect aim. Can you please get us back in cover.

Oh and P.S. As a female gamer I expect female vanity items for the female characters. If it was a man game then only give the option to play man characters.

I get that it takes time... I get that it is a process, but this title is bleeding massively at the moment and it seems that the developers are completely tone deaf to the community and their issues that continue to slide negatively.

Suggestion for the State of the Game is to actually acknowledge the true state of affairs, and lay out some sort of road map/ repair plan to resolve the issues that continually plague the title and is massively frustrating the core players as well as the casual players. Don't sugar coat it... don't try to pacify with key words like we are listening to the community. Have them openly talk about the plans to repair this cluster of a game at the moment... talk about broad concepts and the baby steps to get there... give the community some reason to actually believe again that it will improve.

I know... I know... it is not in your control... you only can talk about x and y... yada... yada.... ya. Not trying to pin blame anywhere truly... but for the life of me I cannot understand the stance this studio has taken in the last month or so. It is like failure is the objective.

Pass along the severity of the root issues of this game and the toll the bugs, the nerfs, the ever changing economy of the game has taken on even the most invested players..

But alas... this feels like just a futile attempt. There is no constructive dialog with the developers... there is apparently no listening.

    Agent Out.

To be fair... the dev team is probably neck deep in trying to manage the multiple release dates for large chunks of content... $$$ driven decisions in the end cost quality.
