Confirmed yesterday and it did not work.

Unfortunate but I'd rather keep gamers informed.

Anyhow, this still serves as a good channel to gather members for the weekly HVT. IMHO, do those with a solid squad as you do not want to waste hard-earned intel points by failing those missions

Same happened to me last night. Killed the name boss, didn't drop anything and didn't get the mission rewards either No idea why...

Yes. It will not drop if you have cleared the mission.

However, you can get intel points loot from the map (mobs will drop them. Observed from daily and weekly HVTs)

So consider it a reward for helping out a friend in need.
