Hi guys,
I've been playing for a while in my xbox one and when I log into the JD website but it says that there is no data available "THIS CAN HAPPEN IF YOU HAVE NOT PLAYED JUST DANCE ON THIS ACCOUNT, OR IF WE'RE HAVING TROUBLE RETRIEVING YOUR DATA" but when I look my account in the xbox it is there... with my videos and everything. Any ideas how can I fix this?

Just wanted to chime in that I have the same experience. Additionally, new autodances and challenge videos I've uploaded say that they've successfully uploaded, but haven't appeared either on my in-game profile or my online profile in over 4 days, at least.
Would appreciate some help!

I am experiencing the same issue with the message from the original poster. No autodances have posted since 5/16/16, even though they are showing that they've uploaded. On JDTV when playing the game, it does not show any new videos (from other players) in the 'Recent' section since 5/16/16 either. I have the Wii U, and have also experienced the same freezing problems others have mentioned. I had to completely delete my save file and lost all progress in order to continue playing. That was about a month ago and the problems are starting back up again. It's frustrating when you cannot use a game and package that you have paid for / subscribed to.
