It shows the unusual bike stats used on the track, which looks very strange, but I seem to remember having 'odd' looking bike stats whenever I beaten a personal best, and I remember that happening on an update after Halloween 2015 and Xmas 2015 or around there, I don't remember precisely, and then after that update it was back to normal, it would show the normal bike stats. You would still find one or two records now in which it would have those unusual bike stats, since that was a while ago and I don't know why that even happened for some reason. For example, the 2nd image, even though it says Berserker: 1/11/15/12, it probably was a Berserker 10/10/10/10, given the time that KaiserSpeed did it in.

I have no idea, but its rampant on Android especially. Many (most?) high-ranking players on Android have some of this (and not talking about the traditional hackers).
See GTDave, KaiserSpeed, sanymas, HeaverBeaver115 (just Crystal Kingdom)... etc. Just pick an Android Id, and its often there somewhere. Often enough, I am not sure it really means.. anything.

And why are so many bike upgrades just.. empty?

I had once thought this all might be an indication of hacking, but its just too common. Could be another RL bug... And since I am on IOS (which looks a lot cleaner) I had no way to seriously look into it...
I note that tf.lforo has almost entirely removed its display of bike upgrades; maybe he decided it wasnt worth showing?

I think at the time where there was an update about a few months ago, where you would beat a personal best, and it showed unusual bike stats whenever you selected your name on a track, possibly a random bug from RL's end, which just showed unusual or anomalous bike stats at the time. For example, my time on Madhouse with the Donkey has been there a few months, but it shows 11/0/0/6, which is still there otherwise it would show 10/10/10/10 if I had beaten it recently, and I think my Donkey was 9/9/9/9 then... I was curious then to what it was, but it was probably a bug, nothing more I hope.

As for the blank bike upgrades not showing up on Bonxy's site, I have no idea, it could be what happened on the update after that update with that bug, but no idea.

Edit: Looking at some of my times and tracks on Bonxy's site, the ones which are still blank, I THINK I did those times at around the update after the update with the unusual bike stat bug, which went back to normal then. Like The Naughty List, which I did at the Xmas 2015 event, it has blank stats on Bonxy's site.

Blank bike upgrades are due to a RL bug. Its the same reason peoples rider level are normally 0 or 1 as that data was corrupted.

My bike upgrade stats on some of the tracks looks ridiculous,some even going to 15.

Yeah it did look that way, haha, but at least that bug got sorted almost immediately at the time. You will still see times made by people with those anomalous bike stats, and there might be a few times left over by pretty much every top player on Android right now, so at the time it made anyone on Android look like a hacker, even though no-one was.

Also, when you select on someone on the Global LBs, why that guy says rider level 1... It's been like that for a while though, so does that mean that the very possibility of all of our data is or was corrupted?
