I had no issues just after the patch, but the second time I started the game after the patch I got the UI ghosting, so annoying.

use the keyboard to enter into submenus, then the issue will not happen...

Same here on PC. Windows 7, GeForce 750. Can't pick correct weapon due to ghosting or do almost anything UI related. Chat doesn't work either. Only one letter at a time is listed.

This issue is caused by the mouse hovering over items, so before you open your inventory, slide the cursor to the right edge of your screen and navigate the menu with your keyboard only.
