Same issue:
Lost weapons due to a Double Screen glitch bug

To many players have same problem
But they fix only missed characters(maybe) in this patch
without any word about what do with this problem (or maybe compensation for lost time,materials,phoenix credits)

For now guys try disabling HBAO. This seems to have fixed it for me. Credit to Vanisch79

Would that be setting the "Ambient occulation" under Graphics to off or is it somewhere else ?

Yeah ambient occlusion

This worked for me. But only turning it to OFF worked.

Set the Ambient Occlusion from Medium or NVIDIA HBOA+ to Ultra woked for me too to solve the ghosting problem.

Windows 10 x64
16 GB DDR4 RAM
Intel Xeon 1650 v3
Geforce 670 2GB, Nvidia Driver 364.72

Setting it to Ultra didn't solve the problem for me. Only turning it off worked.

Doesn't work on ATI. It's ok'ish till you get into a group. Then gets bugged again

Did you try setting Ambient Occlusion to off or Ultra?

Sorry guys but you see you got a visual bug (actually it's not only visual..) and you continue playing ? Who 's fault was? Sure the Devs shouldn't release such bug but the first moment I saw it I log out immidiately without doing anything else and after logged back in again it was gone(solved).

Don't want to seem smartass but you should have paid more attention what you do.

Could you possibly be a bit more condescending? Sorry we didn't have the ability to know the bug would cause us to destruct valuable items. Must be nice to be clairvoyant. Could you give us the winning powerball numbers now?

I have found that rebooting my pc and clearing the cached ram has fixed my issue.. It's just a suggesting.

When I get it, all I have to do is restart the game, either alt-F4 then restart it, or quit game and restart it. The alt-F4 is desirable as it keeps you in the group.

The game works fine until I get into a group, then the ghosting occurs even though AB is off. Restarting helps until I get into a group.....

hey guys, have a temporary fix for this.
go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache and delete all files and restart the game
[for security make backup of all files,if you want.]

I'm having all of the aformentioned problems with the UI clone and laggy map and such, but is anyone else experiencing problems with matchmaking? When I get put into a group, they all end up saying "DZ Mismatch" and getting disconnected (if I don't get kicked or leave the group first). The one time I successfully got into a group after the 1.2 patch, all four of us were in the DZ, and I ran to where my teammates showed up on the map. When I got there, they weren't there, but their blue dots were still appearing on the map. As of right now, this game is literally 100% unplayable for me.
