Did you ever get a response to your issue on Assassin's Creed Identity? I have a iPhone 8+ and recently purchased this game. However I too can't seem to get pass the menu screen after entering my name.
It continually says error and that's it. I'm highly disappointed that first of all I can't play the game because this is one of my all time favorite games. But more so because I've contacted customer support three times now and I have yet to hear anything back. I was truly hoping that you would have some sort of a solution for me as you seem to be having the same technical difficulties.
