I didn't search for all following below suggestions so it's very possible that some or all of these have their own threads here already.
Sorry about that.
So, let's get down to business.


1. Leader power to kick off players as (s)he wants should to be limited by the group vote.

I'm playing The Division since the game release and haven't seen in any online game with cooperative mode so many kicks by will of only one person.
Mostly time it gets a roulette game instead of what The Division is suggested to be.
Some people don't understand the difference between random group by matchmaking and pre-formed farm group.
They want to get on random matchmaking the same as what they have to work for on the forums and current system wholly supports this.

Tho those who will hurry to post here that it's my own problem and I had to work for the better gear first before come for serious game I'll say: no, it's not mine problem.
I've good enough gear for any group and myself was very responsible about it before went for the eng-game content.
But I'm tired to see how people think that random matchmaking should to be the same as the pre-formed group and, more over, acts like *******s quite often.

Today I've seen the group leader kicked a person right after getting down armored transport in the "Falcon Lost" so a player who was participating the operation all the time couldn't loot.
When I've contacted that person via Playstation msg system, he answered that kicked player was performing bad at his opinion.
I've asked why when he let that player to play in the group all that time untill the end of the mission and he told me that he liked to have extra medkit and spec buff /facepalm.

That means that leader actually admits that kicked player had a part in success and had his/her right for the loot by that.

Ubisoft, don't you understand that that's ruined the game for those who'r new in the end-game content?
Make people to play in random matchmaking.
Not only to farm: for that they've to pre-form groups on the forums.


2. Leaving the groups should to give penalty.

Reason: see above.


3. Give additional reward bonus (let's say + some Phoenix points) to the players who passed the operation for the every new player in the group.

That will help people to accept those who runs through the instance their first time and will support newly 30-lvl players in the end-game.

4. Make those TJF NPC enforcers "transparent" to walk through.

Some realism is good but... where've you seen that one person would run to the same point behind the cover where is another person and push last one out of the cover? o_0

5. Change minimal gear score requirements for the random matchmaking for the hard end-game content.

It's stupid to say that you can go for the operation with GS 160 in the random group where no one will take you with less than 190+ GS; for the pre-formed group who wants to boost their friend or feeling ok with that it's still should to be open for lower GS, ofc.
