Why is this still a thing?

Join a group of randoms for DZ grinding, step through the door, kicked from group, killed by my team.

I just don't get why this is even possible, just about every other activity you are bounced to a safehouse, it should be the same thing in the DZ, if you are kicked from a group you should be either bounced to a different server or at the very least spawned to a safe house or checkpoint.

and before the smart asses chime in why "start your own group" thats not a solution to a toxic and frankly griefing mechanic.

I don't see why they'd bother, your likely totally weaponless so they'd gain relatively nothing, especially how time consuming it is waiting for that other player to spawn in and actually get to you, They'd have been wiser farming for a while then kicking'n'killing you before extracting, least then they'd at least have gotten resources.

This game almost forces you to make trustworthy friends if you want to roam the DZ. Not to say you can't have a decent pug group, it's just never a sure thing you won't end up dead at the hands of one of them.

I would just keep rushing at them until they're in a Manhunt since they're right next to the checkpoint. Chances are people will show up to take them down and you'll make your credits and experience back.

That seems like the worlds worst advice ever, fed up of dieing and losing credits, so die some more, lose more credits in the vain hope that a complete bunch of randoms might show up to take down the manhunts and not do what most people do when they see a manhunt group - run away and hide.

I don't even understand how some people can get this unlucky with this game.
None of my real life friends have even touched The Division. My friendlist consists of 30 random people I met online and I've never had this happening to me.
Actually we have done some pretty decent runs so far.
But well, when I solo I can't even extract cause I get constantly ganked by groups so why am I even talking...
