Got very when I saw a Marksman rifle roll the bleed effect cause Ive been wanting to try "Shrapnel" talent. Seen the bleed hundreds of times never once has it affected any other enemies. Tried all the normal stuff like unequip and reequip weapon and talent no luck. Hope they fix this

Anyone else experiencing this or know if they are aware of it and trying to fix?

Seems like noone cares about this talent, so BUMP!

P.S. I have tested this talent long long time ago, it didnt work, but it wasnt usefull for me before so i just left it behind, and now there is a predator gear set (most useless set i have seen... ) which is intended to be used with shrapnel talent, but as i said it doesnt work....

judging by the name, it sounds like its supposed to apply to explosives only, but id like to see it work with the talent and predators.

good to know, tried running it a few days ago, but nobody else was being effected other than the target..

Chiming in here. I'm not seeing this proc at all. I've been using The Historian and I'm seeing bleed on mobs very often, but I've never seen it apply to anyone other than my current target.

And I'm on Xbox One.
