1.2 Bugged Sidemissions Midtown East and Search and destroy

My understanding is that in order to do Search and Destoy missions in 1.2 you have to complete all Encounters and side missions in the game.

My Problem as well as some of my friends problem more than 6 people for sure

"Return to the Midtown East Safe House Side mission is bugged.

No matter who the group leader is or who's map we are looking at.
I don't know many peoples maps that have this side mission completed.

I have also heard of other side missions but this is the one i have seen most frequently even on random Matchmaking peoples maps they are also bugged

    New open-world activities
    Search and Destroy missions

Search and Destroy (S&D) missions can be accepted from the Situation Board in the different Safe Houses.
You can only accept S&D missions, once you have cleared all Encounters and Sidemissions of a District.
There is an exclamation point next to the Save House, when new missions are available
S&D missions are random events that spawn on the map and your mission is to kill a group of mobs.
Each time you clear the S&D missions, you get an Intel Token. When you have cleared every mission of a District, you get additional two Intel Tokens.

If a district has bugged side missions, that district will not have any S&D missions until it's fixed, but all the other cleared districts' S&D missions should work fine.

I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but when you return to the safehouse, there is a set of lockers whereby you have to collect a reward. Then the mission clears. Simply returning to the safe house isn't itself the mission. Be advised.

EDIT: The lockers are to the left of the two guys conversing over the table next to your stash. To their left. Collect your reward and it'll clear the mission.

Also another thing to take into account. Sometimes when more side missions / encounters don't show usually logged out and back in fixes that.

I have all side missions cleared. If anyone is having issues with side missions located at a safe house not being cleared...rest assured there's a locker somewhere that you haven't claimed your reward.

Yep, check the lockers. All of mine are completed. Before I first noticed some were at the lockers, I thought the same thing, until I finally figured it out at one, and returned to other safe rooms to find it was located in a locker and not with the NPC.

Yeah. I assume when everyone goes to the safe house, they run up to the JTF officer and say "WTF, man?" The closure yous seek lies within a locker.

I'm not sure if the 'return to the safehouse' missions actually count as uncompleted missions. I still have a couple on my screen that I haven't done yet, and I've already got all of the collectables showing in those areas that show up when you've done all of the missions.
