Good point. Bad behavior typically just means verbal/written harassment toward another player. I could see how me posting that resource could be misinterpreted as you point out. Thanks.

Honestly I feel bad and know how you feel. But the dz is geared towards a holes and that type of personality. Stop trusting anyone there either shot on site it run. I've started doing that and my game experience had improved. That easy at lest.

I don't get it. Another person going into an open pvp-enabled area and complaining about being killed. You're going in alone, when you have the option of grouping, and you complain about being killed 4v1.

What, exactly, do you expect? Do you think everyone is going to ignore the fact that pvp is enabled and simply run carebear laps around the landmarks? I've tried a few times to pop off some warning shots or literally say over VoIP that i'm going to attack - people either stare at you like a numpty or go about their business as if nothing happened; prompting a clip to the head. I get it, you don't want to pvp, well guess what? The moment you passed through that checkpoint, you turned on your pvp flag.

Helluva lot more XP and funds from blasting people when you pass them, as well as the potential for unexpected outcomes and group battles.

We both want to level up, we both want funds to buy those blueprints, but one of us is using every advantage possible to achieve those goals - the other is feeding.

i bet the PVP would be way more successful (with almost no grieving), if no loss upon death was implemented...... most of the time it's the only reason solo's run or don't want to engage...... if they have to kill mobs and mobs just to earn back what they lost, it's not worth it for them.... a 4 man team can earn what is lost in a a few min.... but Solo might take time (if they are not geared up)

if massive wants to see more PVP (and have the Solo players participate more) then remove the exp/DZ funds & keys loss.....its doesn't make the game worse, not sure why it's there anyways... can't use it as a ranking system as players don't care.....they just want more PVP encounters.....

The DZ is just a cliche example of Massive trying to desperately "stand out" among all the other AAA titles by using a game mode that has a historically low track record of success e.g. the games that used this model either had to switch to more traditional PVP, or just flat out don't exist anymore. Guess which direction TD is headed even with the good things being brought in with 1.2?

If they didn't try and re-invent the wheel, we would not have square peg (PK) trying to be jammed into a round hole (what players want; balanced PVP).

The bright side is... They are now going to be forced to implement changes that should have been there from the start such as...

    1) PVP toggle
    2) No loss of anything on death
    3) Balanced PVP (factions; normalized gear and weapons)
    4) PVE only instances of the DZ

It's their choice, but if they want the game to last more than six months (if that), I believe they are going to be forced to employ one of these methods and soon because more and more people are being put off by the rope cutting feature who managed to stay around through all the other crap and unfulfilled promises of 1.1. Massive can only push players so far until they all leave which is the point many reached with just the announcement of features (or lack of) in 1.2. TD has very little time to step up their game considering Far Harbor (FO4) is out today, Overwatch next week, and tons of games from here on out until Novemember when the real PVP games of BF and CoD are released...

If THIS is call PvP, then we don't have the same definition of PvP. This is plain bullying,
What is it in these ******s mind to prey on lower level like that?????
Last night we were chased by a group from DZ6 all the way down to Bryant Park, where they finally killed us. We popped 3 survivor links along the way and they still caught up to us and killed us quickly. I do not understand the mindset that goes into chasing people half way across the map when we did absolutely nothing to them aside from try to avoid them. Bullying is the absolute truth. I am sure once their nuts drop they'll move on from this kind of childish BS behavior. THIS is definitely not PVP...

It's alright. Ubi has taken Division down a path of murder by 1000 cuts. If 1.2 bombs then it's game over or if it doesn't it might hold some people over a bit longer but in the end the end result is going to be nobody in the game to play in the DZ other than rogues killing rogues.

1.2 will not solve the probl;em with the dz as the new bracket will only take the gankers away from you for like 1-2 days at most as you will upgrade your equipment and end up in there bracket lol with all the new loot droping most ppl will hit 200 gs real quick and the problem will start all over again rofl.
