Today was one of my worst day, in DZ, since playing this game.
I am GS 188/ level 67. And that's ok, I like to level at my own pace. I don't use exploit, hack or cheat to get the latest gears/guns.
Just got in DZ, get jumped by 4 rogues and the one that killed me was GS 210/lev 97. It was in DZ01!
Got out, relogged to get in another server. Go out of the saferoom, killing 2 bosses, collecting 2 key chests. While I was on my way to saferoom for restock, just before I entered, bang, shot, can't enter saferoom. Saw, the rogues on my mini map, pop an overheal, start to run, hit 3 times, pop survival link, run and bang, I'm dead.... my killer, GS 220/ lev 94!!! That's 32 GS and 27 DZ level over me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I was so pissed off. Never been madlike that while playing this game.
If THIS is call PvP, then we don't have the same definition of PvP. This is plain bullying,
What is it in these ******s mind to prey on lower level like that?????
I don't mind having to fight in DZ, but I don't whant to be a target for a bunch of kids, that have been beaten by their fathers while they were younger, that seek revenge and ruining my gaming experience.
I'm always respectful and polite when I post here on this forum. You can check my posts. But tonight, I've had enough.
If the 1.2 bracket dont fix that, I'll quit playing this game for sure. I don't mind having paid $130 CAN for this game and the season's pass. If I can't play this game like I want, mostly solo, next week, I will delete it from my PS4, just to be sure to not be tempted to go back.

I'm a real patient man, but now, it's more than enough. I just hope that the brackets on 1.2 will help a bit.

If Ubi/Masive are not bright enough to come up with a system where you loose EXP/FUNDS when you attack players way lower level than you, they don't deserve to get another d@mn dollar from my pocket.

And if they delete this post and ban me from the forum............I DON'T CARE.

And, for all of you, high level players that respect other players, I say BRAVO, for not ruining other player's gaming experience.

I was playing on second character GS 154, Level 30, DZ level 54. In DZ -160 DZ 01, killed by four rogues for no reason other than to just do it. Their level was 30, DZ level 90, GS 158. I shot to the head of one guy with 163 AUG and it had no affect on him. Cheaters, well they are not cheaters really. Some players manipulate the system to bully no not bully, take advantage of other players. But if you complain as I do, you are met with "git gud!", "It's the core of the game!" and so on. It appears that Ubisoft takes no responsibility for this flaw in their system. They seem to relish the frustration of the suffering customer that doesn't exploit glitches or cheat. Rather than address it, they increase the potential for customer frustration. They add more ways for honest players to be targeted. Something is going on with this game. It appears to be a government sponsored social experiment.

I hadn't even considered that before.

Less to 0 reward for killing someone non rogue that is lower level than you.

And less to 0 penalty for dying to a rogue that is much higher GS DZ level.

So a GS 161 would lose nothing when killed by a GS 204 rogue and the rogue would get nothing.

GS and DZ rank mean little to nothing. Usually higher GS players play worse than lower set players, ad it's harder to reconfig the armor to a decent setting. My 193 still beats the pants off of nearly all 200+ players. DZ rank in itself means nothing.

DZ rank allows for access to better gear and blue-prints. Which can then be re-calibrated to be much more powerful than a lower DZ player would have access to.

Until Massive figures out how to properly calculate someone's GS, I doubt it. My friend and I were trying to get his DZ daily assignment done quickly last night. Picked up three random items and headed to an extraction. As we were hiding around the corner waiting for the chopper, this guy comes up to us and starts making the "Come here!" emote. I thought maybe he wanted to work together so I tried to invite him to the group, but the option wasn't available. I noticed his GS was 181.

He continued emoting away and we got suspicious so moved on. Tried to keep an eye on him but eventually we had to engage some NPCs. The second my back was turned he absolutely melted me. Couldn't even pop my SL before I was down. I'm at GS 196. He then put down my friend despite taking several clips and a shock turret from him. So unless he's got the most perfectly tuned 181 build possible, I'm pretty sure he was using a white pistol to lower his GS. Players like this will continue to run around the 161-200 bracket after the update and preying on people who are effectively 20 points lower than them.

IMO, if a player has a white item in a slot, they should just disregard that slot entirely and count the GS from the remaining 8. This is effectively cheating as far as I'm concerned.

I hope you read the thread before coming in here with that, UbiBooma. You just made it seem that killing a lower DZ score person is considered 'bad behavior'
