    Let's hear some creative builds

We all know the popular build

    High dps with maxed crit
    ~80k health
    10-15k skill power

    First aid/pulse/survivor link

Not saying there's anything wrong with this build, but I want to hear about some character builds that people put serious thought into.

    Go!

Recalibrate One or two pieces of your extra gear for Skill instead of firearms.. this will drop your DPS and raise your Skill.. If you dont wanna spend the cash to rerole you can usually always swap out a firearms mod for an skill mod at no cost or very cheaply. Mods seem to drop like crazy for me all the time. This will not effect your numbers nearly as much as my first idea though. That way calibrating some of your extra gear you can always switch back to your main.. Im sitting at like 23k skill and I do a fair amount of damage with BB8. I also have a few perks on my gear for extra seeker mine damage %.

Right now I'm running a relatively balanced build with 100k dps/50k health/30k skill
I'm still only GS so I intend to take up dps and skill a bit more.

It sounds like a crappy build but I use mobile and Smart Cover. When used together I get 50% damage increase and 70% damage resistance. So my normally squishy and moderate at best dps character becomes both tanky and much more lethal. Basically giving me the best of both worlds.

Just take some time to look at all the skills and their mods and figure out what two you would enjoy mixing together.

    @gonzalesjo

No cap on crit damage, only crit chance.

Maybe even craft a new set from a BP that focuses on skill. Thanks, brotha!

1.2 brings a new Armour Cap. Personally, that's going to be my no1 thing as soon as it hits (that hopefully a GREAT BP on Friday/Tuesday - MP5 204 FTW!!). I'll atttempt to change mods around to put mods with + Armour see where that takes me 1st before going crazy crafting. So there will be a new meta (75% armour cap + slightly decreased DPS, say around 240k) or there will be two (65% + 280kdps) as far as DPS builds go, I guess.

My own build is very cookie cutter, but works great in the DZ PVE. 4000 arms, 2100 stamina, 1100 skill. Sticky stun and health boost with revive. It WORKS because in the current DZ you rarely spend more than 90 seconds shooting things before moving on to the next pack / spawn area. So I enter an area, stun, clear first 1-2 elites, get to work on the rest, as soon as sticky is up again, repeat for remaining mobs, if any and move on.

Currently working on a skill toon, which should be level 30 next week. Aiming for pulse + sitcky.

My most interesting build is my solo PVE build. Rough stats 226k/78k/31k the guns I run with this are primary - Caduceus; secondary - AUG w/destructive, fierce, skilled.

This build allows me to unlock all the perks on the Caduceus. Caduceus has coolheaded and being an AR takes about 6 bullets to fully restore my skills. My AUG has skilled which allows me to restore my ult in 5 headshot kills. With Sentry I get the HUGE headshot dmg bonus. The build also utilizes Reckless and Savage which gives me 90%+ crit chance with a pulse and a huge amount of crit damage bonus.

I run DZ06 solo and literally pop ult on each of the boss mobs and with my pulse will melt them within the 15 seconds. If I don't kill them all I can just hit an overheal for 120k health and continue to wipe out whatever is left. As long as I get headshots it's all but impossible to kill me by NPC's as I can constantly hit overheals.

This build is somewhat fun in PVP but only against groups.
