Well RL seems as though after two years of playing and spending money on your games you are going to loose me as a customer.
Not once in the time I have played has there been an update without massive bugs. I don't complain much as things eventually get worked out. But this last update and season are a joke.

I have boughten 4(I think) ticket packs of 40 this season and every showdown tickets are wasted due to freezing and booting out of game. I have been keeping track of tickets lost for this and I am at 87. Also the bug when screen touches do not register. Every showdown I start the races. Press gas and move the slightest amount and then gas cuts off . This also causes wasted tickets. That talley is over 100.

So I have almost 200 wasted tickets that I actually bought. With money that pays you people to develop and maintain this game.

Of course it seems like a great idea to have a track prize on a season with by far the worst time set up and the most bugs. Wasting my money on a track is a joke. I do not mind supporting the game but if I do not get this track I am out of here. I have bought every track pack and several package items.

I have been trying hard and am in position 203 or so on leader boards overall. If I miss this track I fall back big time. And there goes my drive for this game. That piled up with literally the worst decision to update a puppy into the game. It's going to be time to leave.

So with this being said I will continue to play this season and try to get that track. If I miss it due to all these wasted tickets I will contact support and try to get it that way and if all that fails I am done with this game for good.

I hope you developers see all these posts from people that support your game and realize what bad decisions you all made with this update and several in the past. You need to straighten this game out or say goodbye to your cash flow.

Also putting a track prize on bunker should never happen again. Not one person here likes that. I would rather pAy gems or money for the track and save all this non sense especially with the crashes and bugs this season.

Sorry but I just pulled out the 3 "high points" from your post that sound just like me.

My tickets lost is up around 40 or so for the same crashing issues. And yeah, the season format this time was really inconvenient to work with (5 hours and only 2 free at a time) when you have to reach rank 1 for a track. A track they put there to MAKE me play the Bunker that I dislike so much.. in order to compete on the global LBs that I really DO enjoy. The moment they put a track as reward its no longer a "season".. its an "event" just like Rodeo, Xmas, etc.

Dont get me wrong; I just made rank 1 and have 5700 tickets left. I have plenty of skill and with those tickets as backup they literally cant keep me from reaching rank 1 for many months to come. . . the point is that I find myself spending way too much time these days doing things I dont want to be doing in this game... its not fun any more. Playing at high ranks in the bunker brings out the absolute WORST in me; I have to become anally competitive to win at the expense of others, and thats a part of me I dont want to let out.

Will RL stop? Probably not. But even though I can continue on reaching rank 1 in the bunker for the forseeable future if they put tracks there... the next time they do it I no longer have the desire to go get it. I WONT go get it; I am done with being their lab rat.... running RLs maze to get the cheese wherever they put it.

So... we'll see what happens in the future, but for now I am going back to reaching those last few personal goals I have set for myself (all tracks 0-fault donkey,etc), and spend my time doing things in the game I enjoy. The stuff that made me pick this game up to begin with 2 years ago. Its been a good two years and the end isnt here yet... but I suspect the end is in sight.

I am definetly not going to get to rank 1 and get the track, last night i played with a fully charged battery on ipod touch 5.
First 9 free tickets had 3 runs when gas did not work. Used up what i had left of GT then bought another 40 pack to try to get 3 wins, of those 40 tickets i used up 36, of those 36 tries with gt's i had 32 bad starts due to gas issues. 28 times at start of race, and 4 in mid track.
I lost all 3 showdowns and debated on snapping the ipod in half to be done with the game lol.

Worst part is every one i face thinks i really suck since they see those tickets flying and not any times being made.
If this track is not offered soon after event for gems, or support does not give me the track i am done.

The only part i enjoy about this game anymore is making my ranking better, and these tracks as prizes is a terrible idea. I will support the game as i enjoy playing it, and making me buy GT to get a track is complete BS, especially since game runs like crap. And its only in the bunker.

I have a 50mbps fiber line to house and good wi-fi router and the game plays perfect when single player. Its not my connection, not my house network and not my device causing problem. it is on thier end. It seems the more GT i buy, the worse online gets and then I buy more to try to get this track. I have spent over $20 CAD this season for nothing, stuck at rank 7, maybe 8 now due to losses that i cannot control. I am 203 in lb, i can make legend no problem if game runs right. This game quickly became a joke.

I haven't encountered these problems 'til today. I play on an iPad 4. I had a showdown running about 5 min left and I was down 0-3. Then suddenly I started loosing tickets, the load screen (rotating bike) froze and I was thrown out. I lost 8 tickets this way, but luckily the last two races started and I was able to win 2-1 just in time. But this is just sad...

Got to rank 1 yesterday with 1 star. I´m done, this season sucked, being forced to play this way is not fun. It´s also terrible to see players suffering from problems and glitches and paying a very high price for it.

I couldn't agree more. I've said it in other threads too, it just makes the competition for the rankings unfair if you miss a track. And I hate being forced to play a game, it just draws the fun out of it imo. If they continue that policy I will definitely quit the game.
I have also encountered the problem with the lost tickets due to connectivity issues. I haven't counted how many times it has happened but it is not uncommon and it is annoying. It seems that whenever there is an "issue" or a "problem" the customer gets the wrong end of it and Trials is not an exception to that rule. You lose a ticket for which you probably paid money and there is nothing you can do about it. They could give you a free ticket every time a connectivity issue happens but no.
