You pve guys are looking at it wrong

View rogues as roaming street bosses.

Do npc's chase you and shoot you for no reason?

Do npc's care if you are solo?

Do you lose the same amount of xp dying to npc's ?

Do npc's shoot you in the back?

Npcs even hack your equipment and use it against you.

Do npc's aggro you and keep you from leaving the dz?

Do npc's try to kill you at extractions ?

So tell me please? What's the dame difference other than your pride being injured by another person ?

I'd much rather an actual thinking human kill be than some computer generated ai.

Difference is that real players are actually a challenge. PVE whiners dont want a challenge they just want the best gear for little work

You have the same means of acquiring the same gear.

There is always someone who 'just doesn't get it'. You see, the PVP aspect only includes players that either 'one shot you in the back' or 2. players that run in groups of 4 who gang up on solo, or duo players, with much higher gear and 'one shot them' as well.

AI enemies are a LOT different than PVP 'bullies'. You know the enemies are there to kill you. Should every agent just assume ALL other agents are going to shoot them and 'always' shoot other agents? If that is the case, why should there be a 'rogue' status at all?

Balancing is severe issue for the DZ. No character should be one-shotted.

The difference is the power gap. When I shoot an NPC, even the 32 Elites up in DZ5 or 6, their health bars go down. I can actually see the meter moving. And while they are able to damage me, I can survive long enough to get into cover and/or heal before dying. But when I go up against most Rogues in the DZ, shooting at them has no noticeable effect on their health bar whatsoever. And before I even realize they are shooting at me, I'm dead.

I'm all for PvP. I play games like Battlefield, Destiny and Battlefront all the time. I understand the satisfaction of knowing you outplayed (or even better, outsmarted) a real live human opponent instead of relatively stupid AI. But I've never gotten as frustrated with a PvP experience as I have in the DZ. I'm on PS4 so I'm pretty sure they're not cheating. Its just that they are that much more powerful than me. I know, I know. Get better gear and "git gud". Believe me, I'm working on it.

You know the risk when you step inside the darkzone. Yes you should assume that EVERYONE will shoot you.
Dont wanna get 4v1d? Dont wanna get shot on the back? Then leave the darkzone.

I have spent plenty of days in the DZ and this line of questioning would be no different then if in order to get better gear you only had the Incursion and then asking why the PVP's just don't get it because the NPC's act like players only they are much stronger then the average player in the DZ. Incursion CM NPC's are bullet sponges where as the average player in the DZ can be taken down very quickly in an ambush.

This is just another troll thread.
