The dz is too small for this kind of stuff, most people will just camp extraction points cause it will be faster to gather crafting garbage by camping extraction sites than killing stuff.

Cutter needs to rogue while attempting to cut the rope...not AFTER he has done it. It's silly to have to sit and watch someone cut the rope and have to wait till all the loot drops on one spot and THEN be able to kill him all while trying to frantically get your gear from 3 other people around. You need to be able to try to stop them before the cut is complete without going rogue. I'm hoping that's how it'll be. In their Q&A, they said you go rogue after hijacking, not during the attempt. :/

This is why you visit extractions points that are rarely ever visited.

Now I need the option to select what acquisitions to extract at a time

I see some randoms walking up to my extraction - I put the Performance Mods on the rope, let him go rogue, kill him and then extract the one good item, leaving the perf mods on the ground. My DZ looks like a unicorn vomited all over it with all of the different things I haven't bothered to pick up.

It's a bad decision that will further alienate the pve crowd. Considering they make up the majority of the playerbase, not a good decision imho. I also don't associate myself as a pve'er but more so a pvp'er and even I don't think this is a good move.

TBH I think cutting the rope will be easy for people to circumvent with a single shock turret but still I don't like the idea that the dev's want us to grief each other.

They don't care if they alienate the PvE crowd. They should care, because when they do, the rogues have no steady supply of fresh meat, but whatever.

I don't personally like the addition, but I don't care enough to be that upset about it.

Dunno if this will really alter extractions. And also take into account the new +200GS bracket, you won't be able to ignore mobs as they rush in at the last moment either.

19/20 times when I extract, and as I've mentioned before I do extract a ton of items, it's a solitary thing as in my team is around (lfg I love thee) and nobody passes by either.

With the new update, as soon as anyone walks in shots will be fired. So "stealth" rogues will be a thing of the past. Want to extract? Go elsewhere or be ready to get into a shootout.

Thus, I think extractions will be easier for groups, but I do feel for solo players. This is going to get nasty, well nastier, for you.
