Because unfortunately RL still shows you the offers for track packs you already own.....(which is ALSO a bug, IMO, but a different one than what you are suggesting)

whoa, yes, i have both the two you linked.. thank you. i figured it was new tracks, as this appeared after an update.. anyway, with no info on the tracks in the packs, and with the possibility to rebuy them, i demand a refund.

400 gems got a real life value at approx 100 nok. id like 400 gems restored please.

I had exactly the same issue....

I saw 2 new tracks packs, I bought the first one (400 gems), and nothing happened.

The item was still in store and no new track added to my list... Apparently, I already have them....

In all cases, and like you, I would like redlynx to give me back my 400 gems.... This is not the kind of thing which can be obtained in 1 day.........

I already posted a message on Facebook page, without any feedback.
I hope someone from redlynx will read this message and take action.

may i ask whats the purpose of this place then? when a company have a forum titled "ios support" on their website i demand an answer from the company.

and you know why they push their customers in the ticket route? it makes it x times harder for the customer to get their message through. and it makes it easier for the company to rip people (mainly kids) off. just like this excample. i was ripped off a value of 100 NOK for a product i already had bought. getting this refund should happen in notime and the company should be sorry and mend the problem. instead they postpone everyting so they maximize their profit from the scam.
