Put a Stash in DZ Checkpoint or Safehouse

This is simply a quality of life change. PLEASE put in a stash in the DZ Checkpoint or Safehouse. It is a bit ridiculous that everyone needs to completely leave the DZ every 30 items just to go dismantle the 30 items they picked up.

If anything this will have a positive effect on the game by keeping players in the DZ, rather than having to leave every hour to clear their stash.

I agree. Light Zone players shouldn't feel obligated to go into the Dark Zone and Dark Zone players shouldn't feel obligated to leave.

One of the biggest issues I have with DZ play is that I'm forced to leave in order to deal with the limited stash capacity. I wouldn't even mind paying for a larger stash, but it seems like Massive has their hands full with higher priority issues the game is experiencing right now instead of implementing more ways for players to actually invest more money into their product. Oh well.

Why would this never work....that is ridiculous to even say. Of course it would work...you put a stash in the checkpoint or safehouse....its just simply a quality of life change....you waste less time empting your stash.

if the checkpoints and safe house are safe then why is there no cops in the dz area? as i have said before unless we can steal from their stash im against it 100%. by people leaving it probably helps move people around from sever to server as well.

What are you even talking about...the safe house and checkpoint is like any safe point in the game where you cannot be attacked. Where did we go with putting a stash in to stealing from players stashes in a SAFE ZONE. It is a SAFE zone hence why it is called a SAFE house.

I don't think that's how the DZ works.

Speculation: Ever notice that you look at the DZ from outside and none of the locations have been cleared out? When you log in, you're basically placed in your game session and at the same time, a spot is reserved for you (and up to 23 other players) in a DZ session. This explains why sometimes you go into the DZ and it's empty. The other players that have reserved spots in your DZ session simply aren't inside the DZ. This would also explain why your party tends to be transitioned to new sessions as you gain players. The session you were in became full and can't keep more than 24 people, so it found you a new one. You basically lose your reserved spot when you log, change sessions (by joining another player), or your party becomes too large to fit into the current session.

there is a difference between the pve and the dark zone. pve is relatively safe with patrols and what not the dark zone is a 100% lawless area with no good guys other than the players and the safe house/checkpoint npc.

i guess there would be no reason to extract at all anymore as why waste time with a helicopter taking loot and having it wait for you miles away from where it gets decontaminated?

even when in groups or solo you still transfer server sometimes thats without joining or leaving one as well.

Which brings me to another point about DZ population. I've never actually seen 23 other players in a DZ session before. Despite 24 being the maximum, I think they try to soft cap it at a lower number and transfer as necessary.
