Unlimited doesn't work for me, worst support I ever received!
I bought this game like 3 weeks ago, and the Unlimited doesn't work yet. I opened a case with you guys on April 28 CASE # 03273120 and I never receive an update from Ubisoft, It is always me who has to contact them by chat, they provide me some little support and ask me to upload something but they never reply again. Why do you even bother to have an incident system if you are not going to reply the customers with this, it just doesn't make sense.
I want a refund for the game as it doesn´t work and it seems you just don´t want to provide support.

Really sorry to hear you've been having some issues with Just Dance Unlimited.
I looked into your case (thanks for providing your case number) and it looks like one of our support agents requested you speak to your initial retailer in relation to getting a refund.
Can you please follow through with that? They should be able to assist you.
