Why Is It That PVE Players ALWAYS Complain About Some Rewards Being In PVP Yet.......

you rarely if ever see PVP players complain about some rewards being locked behind PVE content? This happens in every game that includes gear seperated between PVE and PVP. The most obvious other example is Destiny in which their fanbase is still griping that some weapons and challenges are PVP only.

I see an awful lot of PVE players complaining that some blueprints are accessible only in the DZ yet they never care about the fact that the only way to get the best Armor is through PVE content such as the Incusion

PVP players seem to be fine playing the entire game, including PVE, in order to get the gear they want so why is it so hard for PVE players to do the same?

Most of your PVE players aren't playing the incursion, either. The incursion is generally SO tough, that the people playing PvE are avoiding it for the same reason they avoid the DZ. It's just not enjoyable. The fact still remains...most people that have incursion gear...boosted the **** out of it to get it. And that's true whether they're a PvE, or a PvP player. I doubt most PvE players give a rats *** about the armor that comes out of the incursion. Outside of the 240 gear, 182 and 204 stuff can be had elsewhere, and is beyond sufficient for the PvE experience outside of the Incursion.

Maybe because it's not true. Regardless of how low the actual percentage is gear sets can drop outside of the incursion and in the DZ. But 204 BP are ONLY available in the DZ for Dz credits.

My opinion, but based on other game experience: going from PvP to PvE is the easier mindset shift. Also, PvE-minded folks often don't want to change mindsets -- they find PvP to be actively unfun, while PvP players usually just think of PvE as the boring part.

For someone who doesn't like PvP, it often isn't a matter of "PvP is dull, I don't want to do it" but "PvP actually makes my day worse, and I won't do it."

The reason being that you first have to compete in the DZ to get gear good enough to go and do the incursion. Therefore its off limits to a lot of people who dont have groups to play with and because of the *******s who glitched and cheated their way to the best gear and now gank anyone in the DZ.

Take it you never played Destiny. PVP'ers complaining about having to raid to get raid gear (guess the clue is in the name) and PVE'ers complaining about having to do Trails to get gear from the Lighthouse.
Think the difference with the Division is the variety of higher quality items which can be obtained from DZ safehouses (and the price of them - both in DZ funds and materials) versus what is available in the BoO (and being the only current use for Phoeniz credits which are relatively easy to obtain).

Well if they arent playing the Incusion and dont like the dark zone then.............they dont like the game very much so we shouldnt let them try to decide what changes need to happen in the DZ

Also, the incursion isnt that hard. Ive been in many a lobby with 160 GS players and if you tell them what to do its all good.
And saying "most people who have Gear Set items from the Incursion "boosted" to get it is an unecessary insult. Like I said the incusion isnt that hard. In my 50 run throughs Im yet to hear anybody even suggest exploiting it

I dont think you even understand what you are talking about either because the hard incusion drops 191 and 214 gear score items not 204 and 182

I was an avid Desticle. I know very well about the Bungie forums. For every 1 PVPer complaining about gear in a raid the forums were flooded with hundreds complaining about trials gear being the best or weapon challenges involving the crucible. please dont even go there Ive been a member of Bnet forums for about 10 years now.

This is likely the most accurate answer to the OP's question.

    Defintely not true.

    Gear set blueprints in BoO
weapons like 204 AUG in BoO, classic M1A, Pakhan, Socom M1A, Vector, etc etc etc
HE are the same in Missions as they are in the DZ

But I mean what was I expecting. Calling all PVE players out who complain about DZ gear of course theyll try to justify their beliefs in some BS way
