So I feel the need to point out that playing solo in any online pvp game is never a good idea unless you are godmode of which less than 1% of you are.

This applies to any fps, squad based or team based competitive shooter...

Why are people so surprised when they don't win 1v3's or 1v4's and then they come and complain about it on here?!? You're never going to consistently do that in any other game either.

Guys/Girls, squad up. It's that easy. Or....adjust your expectations and know going in that you need to be sneaky and opportunistic if you want to come out on top.

They're not surprised they're losing 1 vs 3. They're surprised that people feel the need to engage them when it's not even a fight.

Further, you say "squad up," as if playing with teammates is the answer. You have one person in control of the party who can on a whim kick you out, and kill you about as quickly as you're notified you've been kicked. Yeah. Some back up plan that is. Team up. There are no teams on this f'ing game. Just people that pretend to be your teammates. It's a broken concept.

On release the rogue players complained the penalties were too high for dying so the devs reduced it so low that now no one thinks twice about going rogue. Going rogue was advertised as a way to steal other players loot and was to be high risk/high reward, but without a high penalty for going rogue players have been using rogue to farm other players for XP, keys, and DZ funds instead. I don't blame people for doing it, a lot of people doing it would probably rather not go rogue but it's by far the fastest way to gear up and DZ rank up and most people kill on sight now anyway, why give them the opportunity to shoot first?

If you can't beat them, join them. Until they fix loot and rogue penalties just kill everyone on sight, if you're solo you can't take on 4 people easily, killing 2 people is pretty easy solo if you sneak up on them though.

So let me get this straight... the rogues complained about the penalties until they got the desired changes? Right so far? So NOW they complain that OTHERS complain and seek changes? So they needed changes and we need to "git gud, toughen up, find our balls, stop whining etc etc..." I have that right?

Yes, basically. The only difference is there are a lot more PvE guys so they have way more people complaining, which makes it look worse.

I dunno what's the matter with people this morning, i'm on ps4, and I'm a very caution lone Wolf (just reached level 75).
I've been killed three times already in the past hour by teams of rogues, just down in dz01.
Haven't managed an extraction and lost so many Dz credits it'll take me at least a couple normally to make it back up, oh yeah, and no more keys either.
Because there's sod all people on, there aren't teams of players hunting these guys down, they're just roaming around killing as they please.
So I'm feeling a little sore, there's no point in playing just to be going backwards against odds i cannot overcome.

Sorry bud, not sure what to tell you. It's the way the games designed so maybe not the game for you? I have a regular team that I play with, so yes there are teams.

Any online shooter has the advantage if your team is larger than the others.

If you don't like it, don't go in the DZ.

Why should Massive change their game design when you bought it knowing what to expect. If you didn't know then it's still on you for not researching.

Hey me too, I got so tired of being killed because I run solo, none of my friends on xbox live play the game so i run solo hoping to find a group to join, never did, had a terrible time, sold the game, not buying it back.

lol You're kidding, right? What's the alternative to lone wolfing? The dumb suggestion that you use the matchmaker to find a team? A team that can, and increasingly more lately, HAS been kicking people from the group and instantaneously killing them? lol Yeah. But better solution. Well done.

I even had people fromt his very forum respond to a post I made in the thread for finding teammates. I got invited to their game, and they did the same thing. Couldn't name and shame them though. Just know that looking for teammates even within this forum has just as much opportunity to link you up with ballsacks as it does players who want to help one another.

I'm sorry, What was your suggestion again? Sorry you've had a lousy time with the LFG. I have grouped up countless times and never had an issue.

Quite a few of us have no choice but to go lone wolf 'cos all the friends who used to team up with us abandoned the game after all the hackers and guys with the HE stuff who all exploited Falcon Lost.
Tried the teaming up with other players and got tired of them going rogue as soon as we hit the extraction area.

All of my friends who bought the game so we could play together have quit.
