This is how you deal with cheaters, let Blizzard show you

    Cheating in Overwatch

If a player is found to be cheating—or using hacks, bots, or third-party software that provides any sort of unfair advantage—that player will be permanently banned from the game. Full stop. Not only does cheating undermine the spirit of fair play that all of our products are based on, but it works to diminish the fun and enjoyment of others. While we are unlikely to publicly acknowledge when accounts are closed as a result of cheating or using unauthorized programs, we have and will continue to monitor Overwatch for exploitative behavior, as well as take action as needed to preserve the integrity of game.

Apparently, EU law doesn't apply to Blizzard so they don't have to have that BS 14 days ban...

... or Ubisoft is lying to us (again) about the reason why they have the 14 days ban.

Pick which one is more likely.

I don't like how it looks but it's free beta was better balanced, had more content and it had less glitches, exploits and hackers than the full price version of The Division.

    +1

I thought about making the exact same post. I quit playing Div for OW during the beta, and unless something dramatic is done, I'll be playing OW almost exclusively.

Except for the fact that Blizzard is notorious for letting cheating happen for months at a time before they implement one of their famous mass ban waves, and they are not based in a country that has consumer protection laws. And yes, the first time I heard about this a month or so ago, I confirmed it to be true.

More content? Yeah you didn't play overwatch then.Cool concept, but it;'s the same thing every match on a different map. You could have said anything else and I might agree, but more content? GTFO

Most of those bans will be overturned as always happens with Blizzard bans...because...guess what...most of them actually do violate consumer protection laws and breach of contract is a very, very real thing.

I would be totally fine with this as long as say :
    1. Massive decides you broke the COC, were cheating, and they ban you
    2. You file a report and Massive is able to show you their proof that you were cheating

As of right now they just tell you "hey you were cheating you are banned sorry". Mistakes can happen and it would surely suck to be on the recieiving end of a false ban
I dont cheat ever but to permaban first time I would like for Massive to show the player footage or hard data proving without a doubt they did cheat
