Hello few days back there was 3 days event to double your Gems I've downloaded and run the 2 App completed the required task to get Gems but didn't get gems contacted Support regarding missing gems, so after few days got eMail from support saying we have re-awarded you Gems and so i went into TF into shop, reward waited for few seconds closed the window to return into the game but didn't get the Gems.

I think this new update has this another bug where I'm not getting Gems even after re-awarded by support, any body else also facing similar problem?

Hi Imrellik,

did you contact the Support about your issue? They will be the only ones able to credit you what's missing.

Hello JollyCharly Yes I've replied back to them but don't feel they would take any interest in re-awarding me Gems for which according to them they have already awarded. I'm not sure whether this is also a bug of TF 4.1.0 which prevent me from getting Gems.

Hi, today I did not receive any gems for watching 3 ads under Shop->specials tab. Then went to saloon and no gem for one more ad. Further ads were rewarded.
And bug about network connection and no rewards for watching ad for golden tickets has returned.
