Hi,
I have noticed that there has been a report toxicity button if you select someone in the leaderboards for some time now and am curious about how it works; mainly in linking it to my experiences.
In saying this, I have ups and downs in the game and mainly play casual - (Simply because I don't think I am ready to play ranked yet) - however, I usually end up carrying or being on top of the leaderboards, and this usually being down to predicting where people will be and having good reactions partnered with aiming at the head level constantly.
This, understandably due to anger and frustration, brings people to sometimes call me out as using an aimbot or other various means of cheating in the game, and I was wondering that if they used the report toxicity button on me to vent this frustration, would there be a countermeasure such as chat monitoring and friendly damage monitoring to make sure that they are pushing the button on valid terms or to check if the person being reported is even being toxic at all?
Another thing, this being brought to my attention by a friend, is that I usually type 'wp' (well played) after every round, and he believes that others may perceive this as sarcasm; could that in anyway be seen as toxicity, even if it wasn't intended to be but can be seen as toxicity?

Basically, in short, in a ranked match there was this American guy we were with and something happened which annoyed him, he then started swearing at us. I then started to talk to him on VOIP in game and he began to start calling me and my friends f*ags and f*ggots for doing nothing. I responded by making his experience less enjoyable and so I teamkilled him to shut him up, he then was constantly chatting sh*t for the rest of the round while I was the last left alive. During this time he also involved race, in things such as “you British f*ags” After this, he teamkilled me and downed on of my friends. He then, at the start of the round began to shoot us till we were low health. This annoyed us and so in the 4th or 5th round my friend downed him right as I was about to lower his health to almost 0, he got downed and so this resulted me in teamkilling him even though I did not shoot him prior in the round.
I feel the ban I received was unnecessary as I was only reacting to his outrageous statements calling me gay etc his name is [REMOVED]. Please ban him cuz the stuff he said should not be allowed in the voice chat.

Hi ReSpEcT_wHaMeN. Just as an FYI, naming and shaming is against forum rules. Team killing is against the code of conduct, and we cannot lift the ban. However, you can report the player either to us directly by creating a ticket with video, or by reporting him in game. Thanks!

So, i'm not entirely sure how your system deems who is "toxic" or not... However, while in a casual game I hear spamming "Ni**er Fa**ot" repeatedly over the mic as all 3 of my teammates run into the building and die instantly...
Somehow, I get a toxic 2 hour ban... This is absolutely ridicules as i've never been banned before!
Fix your toxic system... People are able to stream their hacks on your game, yet people who are playing the game as it's intended get nonsense timeouts... I've been playing the game since beta, and it's gradually gotten worse each update. Sad.

The toxicity filter does not detect audio, you would need to mute these players yourself.
We can look into why you were banned if you want but you would need to file a support ticket via https://support.ubi.com/

OK, first of all i wanted to start this out with a question, does anybody think the phrase "That wasn't very cash money of you to track me jackal" toxic? Yes, No, Maybe? well. today i got banned due to toxic behavior and I'm not quite sure why, BUT that's not why i have it in this thread, the reason i have it in this thread is because i was playing with my friends when i got banned, and this being my first "offense" i only had a 27 minute ban (thought it was supposed to be 30 but it said 27) and so i decided to see if i could play situations, and it said i could play custom games as well, but i waited for my friends to get done with their games to play some customs to wait out the ban, and so i wait, about 22 minutes go by, they invite me and one of them starts up a customs lobby, and i get put in, and then removed, proceeded by a Text Box Notification saying and i quote as best as i can "You have been banned by fairfight"Then followed by a renewed suspension for another 27 minutes, anybody having this problem? also i wonder why someone got so mad that i said "that wasn't very cash money" that they had to report me

Please note that player reports and the automatic banning system are completely separate. Someone could report you one thousand times and you wouldn't get an automatic ban. That banning system responds to text written in chat, so something was said that flagged the system.
Any form of multiplayer cannot be played while you have a temp ban. You could have played Lone Wolf Terrorist Hunt, but you couldn't play a custom game with others. The 27 minutes refresh was probably a visual error. The ban wasn't over, so you couldn't go into the game, but I'm not aware of bans resetting in that manner.
