    Incursion

Can someone please tell me what the score level you need to be so you don't get kicked from joining groups from matchmaking.

I'll understand the new guy and not very good posts. I've got a score level of 160 odd but constantly kicked from groups whilst using matchmaking.

I know probably best to start using the forum to find a group.

Ensure you are group leader prior to matchmaking. That way you cannot get kicked.

Apologies for not posting a detailed explantation as to how to exactly do this - I myself do not know 100%. Hopefully someone else can post a step by step guide for you.

personally, i usually let one player stay if he is under 170 if the other guys are over 180.

just start the mission but dont click the right stick when it says join a game. just keep waiting.

make sure your group is set to open as well.

I am not playing Incursion with randoms who are less than rank 99 in DZ. (that's kind of experience proof).

    This works for all missions/incursions:

    1. Fast travel to mission start area
    2. Select your chosen difficulty level
    3. Walk a few steps forward to trigger the start of the mission
    4. Change your group settings to OPEN
    5. Wait for the game to auto invite players to fill your group
    6. Enjoy not being kicked

not that it not doable at GS 160, it is low, i know the requirement is 160, BUT really you need 180, to feel your not letting down the team, its like destiny there was a minimal light level, but people go on there own information

People want a decent chance of beating the Incursion so they look at low GS as an indicator of someone who will need to be carried, worsening their chances. That's a pretty narrow view because the "right" 163 gear could make you more powerful than the "wrong" 191 gear but it's the most obvious thing that people have to go on.

    Some tips:

Up your gear score. The BOO vendor sells 214 blueprints for the mask and knees of your preferred gear set, which also unlocks the first set bonus. That alone moves your GS quite a way.

Use a mic. If people know they can talk to you and you'll listen to instruction (if new to the Incursion) that'll help. It also means that you can call out incoming shotgunners and so on, which has a value.

Put some useful skills on before you matchmake in. I won't Insta-kick a GS 163 on Hard mode but if s/he isn't on comms and turns up with silly skills (for the Incursion) then I have to interpret that as not knowing what they are doing and not able to hear advice or instructions. First Aid Overheal, Tactical Pulse and Survivor Link will say "I have at least some clue" to anyone who is sizing you up. Sticky Bomb Flashbangs or Support Station Immunizer are also fair picks if there are multiple Tac Pulses in the group already.

Don't give up. Not everyone will dump you based on GS alone.

You could be 182 by the end of the afternoon if you wanted to,is it surprising nobody wants someone lazy in their team.
