You really didn't think out the DZ Gear score brackets did you? 161 vs 220.

So you get some gear and are now Gear score 161, or 170.. You go into the Dark Zone and you're immediately put against players that are 201-220 or higher.

How is this fair? Second, how is this fun for people with high GS? You really enjoy dropping people in less than 2 seconds? There is no fight. The people in 161 gear are dead so fast they can't even jump once.

I just watched a video of a guy that had GS of 200+ and he was killing people in less than two seconds. I kid you not they were dead before I could finish saying "One-one thousand, Two-one thousand.". Sure, it makes him feel like a bad *** but those people probably left the game.

Fix your game. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I was just informed the next update was adding in a 200+ bracket... Should of been that way from the get-go. Why are companies releasing games in such an unfinished fashion? Why must the buyers be the beta testers?

That you will no doubt be dropped into when your GS reaches 170......

When I hit GS 140 I was put into the 160 GS bracket......same will happen, it'll go off the highest item you can equip, not the average.

Yea, thanks for the replies. Someone on facebook replied to me right after I posted this. Still makes me upset that we bought such a broken game and have to wait for it to be good.

I imagine for some twisted minds it is fun to grief 'weaker' players (we all know it's not how good you are, but how good your gear is), but many, I think, look at it solely as XP and DZ credits to get that next piece of uber gear. I know the nights I have gone rogue it was mostly to speed up the leveling process. As long as you avoid manhunt you have a pretty good chance of surviving it.

First off I personally like to check a person's gs, and dz lvl before anything. I typically won't hit anyone intentionally under dz lvl 50, and gs 180.

Second, I would say a rough approximation on my part. That about 90% that I check out and reveal myself to (I'm often like a ninja as I like to solo gank, and roam the dz). Will the minute I turn my back, attempt to gank me. And I say "attempt" because there's almost always 2 or more people, and they very rarely succeed.

So just remember, even when a higher gs person is nice to people with sub par gear. There are tons of low gs people that ruin it for people like you op. I now kill, or attempt to kill all who see me, as it's an almost certainty that they will attempt to try me.

Yeah..I was in dz2 , and I've got meh middling gear. 50% mitigation, 70k hp..anyway this **** bag just running around the map mud erin everybody jumps me while I am engaged with 4 npcs.

He downs me to almost 0 hp instantly, I was able to medkits (40% dmg reduction) and use survivor link. He downs me in under 1 second through all of that.

He steals all my ****..and a giant group finally kills him, and he logs out. DZ is so fki g stupid.

No they didn't think about it at first. but after finally thinking about it, 1.2 is adding a 200+ or 201+ bracket so 161-200 can be together and 201-240 can be together. Still too wide a gap if you ask me.
