Dear Ubisoft,
I am saddend by the way you are developing games these day.
around the release date i bought TC the division. i really liked the setting and was curious to how the dark zone would look.
from the start i had troubles with the game, but i am a patiend man an will keep fate in you guys. sadly, even after week
after release can't my game even start up properly. most of the time, first startup > everything black (i do hear all the sound effect of the loading and ubisoft logo), ok shut down and restart > yay character choosing screen! can't connect to server. forced to start the game again (from within the game.....ok). finally it work. lets play. bugs everywhere (although i admid less then at release) glitches everywhere. cars and truck stretching out to infinity, teammates falling through floors, color disco's out of nowhere and the occacional blue or RED!! screen. i just wonder. how? HOW? can you guys see fit to release this glitch heap of sh*t. the moments it does work, i really enjoy it but these problems should mostly be gone by now. This game is still not finished!! Gamers rather wait a little longer then play this sh*t. you guys went the same way as EA, and how the f*ck did you expect this to end?
when i buy a game i expect a fully working game. Some small glitches are allowed, like animation bugs etc, not stretching cars blocking my complete view or random chrashes.
i want to return my game and I want a refund.
Sincerely,
a lost client.
Um....you do realize nearly everything you're describing is hardware issues, right? Sounds more like your hardware is at fault. The stretching and colors defiantly are, anyways. The crashes at startup are as well. The falling through floors is known, and supposedly will be fixed soon.
Are you sure your system can handle this game? Are all of your drivers up to date?
You can't really blame Ubi/Massive for your system being faulty.
You can't get the refund from Ubisoft. You need to request it from their bank (they use Bank of America). Just take your copy of the game to the nearest branch and ask for your money back. Being such a big company, Ubisoft has a representative at each branch. Though it helps if you dress like an agent (mask/backpack/fake gun), since there's pretty long lines at BoA this time of the year, and the costume will let the Ubisoft rep identify you.
...might want to delete that comment before you get banned yourself. Telling a player they need to dress in flac gear with a fake gun and walk into a bank to get a refund, no matter how funny the mental image, is a dangerous, and I believe an illegal, thing to do.Originally Posted by FourLeaf11 Go to original post
It was funny as hell though. I can't remember the last time I LOLed this loud over a comment.Originally Posted by Kyosji Go to original post
