Rerolled a new character to use for PvP as I realized that I was ruining my own fun in the DZ when it came to PvP.
I realized that I was too concerned about my DZ Exp / Cash / Going Rogue etc and that I wasn't having as much fun as I could be if I just did what I wanted when I wanted with no regard to DZ character progression.
You know what? I had a freaking blast, I went intentionally rogue more times this weekend then I have on my now 203 main. I got chased down and crushed by multiple people on the server, I crushed some and stole their loot and extracted it. I chased down rogues and got in to fire fights that I usually would ignore. I played PvP in the DZ (how I'm assuming Ubi intended) and it was great. The new character is now 23 and I'm going to keep him under 30 and twink the heck out of him (takes me back to level 19 / 29 rogue days on WoW). I went rogue hunting sometimes and I went rogue and tried to survive others ... but what I didn't do is worry about DZ cash and exp. It changes the DZ if you're someone like me who would get a bit irate if my team made me go accidentally rogue too often.
I highly recommend everyone give it a go ...
LOL Here guys, this kind of twink (some words have more than one meaning) ...

Perhaps the OP has a different version. Maybe they have some pics!!!Originally Posted by Three Snowshoes Go to original post

Twinking, I haven't seen that used in a while, I recall the term used a lot in the old Everquest days. Not sure how you "twink" an alt in this game though. You get him to level 30 and then transfer your equipment from your primary. Not really a twink.
Twinking is a term for having a low level character progress with weapons and armor way higher than than they would normally attain through playing the game.
HAHA! Guys, not that kind of twink ...

In this instance I was referring to giving him as much high level (pre-30 though) gear as possible / gaining high DZ level and purchasing gear etc to make him OP for that level bracket of the DZ.
