Wow Ubisoft - Denial Much...... Uplay Shop] [Digital] Refund request

Subject: [Uplay Shop] [Digital] Refund request

I have a Problem with your latest game "The Division" I find that Ubisoft has in no way delivered the product that was promised and the game as is unplayable, with the current bugs, glitches, exploits, performance issues, and absolutely rampant hacking in the DZ make the playing the game untenable. This game was hyped to the moon and back and is for all intense and purposes an unmitigated disaster on PC. Every time the Developers post a new patch in an attempt to fix the game they create more issues than they fix, reduce performance and break functionality, I am sick of it. The game as it sits now is dieing I have zero confidence in Ubisoft/Massive ever getting ahead of these issues alone let alone the rampant hacking in the DZ. Their absolute denial of the Cheating issue is appalling and their decision not to put any client side anti-cheat into a modern multiplayer game is baffling at best I want a refund for the full retail value of this game, and its Season pass billed back onto the creditcard/paypal account that you have on file with my Uplay account or credit issued to my Uplay account. There is no way that you can tell me that this product is not defective or completely broken/rampant with cheaters, I have made 120 forum posts voicing my Sadness/Frustration/Rage at the shear incompetence of the developers, I have suggested fixes, and made long posts to help other users troubleshoot this disaster for a game. This game had such potential and to know what it could have been and to watch it get ruined by Ubisoft/Massive is utterly maddening. I have never in my 19 Years of gaming on PC seen a company absolutely destroy a games potential like you guys have. I would like my money back so that I can move on to a better gaming experience to be found somewhere else.

I'm all for people defending their rights. This, however, is absurd IMO.

The game is hardly unplayable, personally I have over 300, some have 500 hours. How many do you have in the game? When did you buy the game? Did you buy it when it came out and now, 2 months later you decide you want a refund? Thats not how it works. I don't blame them at this point.

I have 600+ hours on DayZ... is it finished because of that? No! Is it working because of that? No. Is it not full of bugs and not full of Errors? No.

The ammount of time played is not an indicator as to the state of the game or if it is finished and bug free or not.

Just Sayin... I have no comment on the original post, as I have suspected Ubi to be like that. No UBI games ever again. Still high hopes for the Division... if they can get their **** right this time... and fix the DZ for god's sake.

The game is not broken ... you can log in almost every day ... they had small isues with servers but the game itself run

    there are bugs ? YES
are they working on fixes ? YES
Have fixes been made during the past few weeks ? Actually YES !

no the game isn't broken ... is not the game you tought it was... this does not grant you a refund ... sorry dude.

I don't like the game right now.... it sucks more than at day 1 .. but still is not broken ... it is actually more fixed than 1 week ago ...

This I agree with. The game has bugs granted, but does it prevent you from playing? No. If you can log in and have more than 300 hours then you don't have any right to ask for a refund. I am not trying to defend Ubisoft or Massive either as I feel the game has been in a terrible state. They are attempting to fix things. Whether or not it happens or makes things better is yet to be seen. And really you lost what? 60? 90 of you got the season pass. And it's not like you are going to lose that as it is already been planed and will be coming. Take a break and come back later after stuff has been added/fixed and or patched. At its core The Division is a fun game. They just need to iron things out.
