But when it comes down to it, that still won't get most PVE players on board with playing in the Dark Zone. Many just prefer PVE because of storytelling. They enjoy the characters, the drama, the atmosphere of the environments, and the cinematics often found in PVE.

So while it may help to encourage them a little, at the end of the day PVE players want to PVE. And that's not what the Dark Zone is about. Experience or not.
nope. rogues should definitely still lose Xp when they die. they should not remove MORE of the penalty for going rogue. there needs to be RISK involved when going rogue. if there is no risk in losing xp then it is not as exciting or dangerous.

this is ridiculous. sure maybe decrease the amount of XP lost when you arent rogue, but why remove it from the rogue when he dies? do you feel sorry for the rogues who die out there?

what about the people who invite you to their DZ group, then boot you and kill you 3v1. you dont want them to lose xp if they are killed after that? really?

bad idea
