    what a joke

    ive been working hard for days on my phx credits got up too 567 had tacticians autority knee pads so i went to get the mask to as the shop restocks in 8hours..so i paid for the mask the phx credits were taken.but i didnt get the item.so contacted ubisoft support with proof(pictures) and i was told im not gona get the item or the creds back..ive saived the transscript of the live chat if anyone would like to see it..no help what so ever just a polite middle finger..i also said to him well now i cant go get the credits again to get the mask because ive already claimed it but didnt get it..and i just got back 3 times the same automated reply..

    The same thing happened to me but with the Sentry's Call Mask!!! I put in a ticket and still haven't heard anything!! Your not alone, they stated that they would send it up the chain. I had to go back and farm PC to get back up to 391 that was taken. Goodluck!!!

    You may have bought a Blueprint and not an item, in which case you will have to craft it no ?

    You can only get the blueprint for PC. Actual masks are drop only or DZ funds. But not sure I have ever seen one on the DZ06 merchant.

    And the only workaround I can think of is to grind another 30 and buy the blueprint on that alt, craft the mask and put it in your stash, if materials are a problem farm with your main and pass the items to deconstruct to your alt.

    I actually enjoyed twinking my alt and playing the PVE again.

    Like I said, you either get no answer or a non-answer. In this case you got the non-answer. If they can't help you, then escalate it to the people who can help with it. Pure Comcast like stupidity when they are there as customer support but flat out say that they lack any ability to actually support the customer.

    that's cause you buy blueprint not mask itself you might have to craft it downstair near your stash ...
