I suggest you don't Pre-Order! Wait until reviews come out first. Ubisoft has a bad history of releasing broken unfinished games and I don't think that GR:WL will use the Snow Drop Engine.

- Different engine, they don´t use The Division Snowdrop engine
- Yeah it´s fully open world.
- We have multiplayer, at least 4 player coop. No other modes are announced until now, wait for E3 2016
- Pre-order is not available unitl now, but I will pre-order asap, wait for E3 2016

As above, it doesn't matter anyway, I've been that annoyed by the last 3 Ubi releases I'll be picking this up second hand and after reading the reviews. Shame really because I enjoyed the first few Tom Clancy games, tho vegas 2 was a slight letdown compared to the previous releases and the Ghost Recon games went downhill after console release.

Thankfully this doesn't use Snowdrop. Division is the most broken game that I recall. Finished the "last" mission yesterday and let me tell you it took few tries when the game turns into slideshow everytime after 20 minutes :S

If you're running on PC, that sounds more like issues with your machine than with the game or engine. If you're on console... Make sure it's ventilated well I guess? That's a weird issue to have on console.

It's unfortunate, but Ubisoft can't really be expected to QA on every possible hardware/software/OS configuration that exists out there. It's impossible really.

Division has been rock-solid for me since release on my PC luckily!

Sounds more like memory leak since I can run it just fine on high and settings the game recommends until poop hits the fan. Also lets not even get started with the crashes and flickering that the forums are full of(I believe they managed to fix the flickering few weeks back). Even if it is my machine the engine is still worst engine my machine has encountered.
